Air-conditioned studio, terrace and parking in Mugel

Air-conditioned studio with sunny terrace, summer kitchen and private and secure parking, at the back of our family home in the Mugel district. Terrace with Chilean table and to enjoy the sun. The studio is cozy, quiet and fully equipped. Upon request, we can make available an umbrella bed. Calanque and Parc du Mugel are a 3-minute walk away. The port, its market, restaurants and shops are less than 10 min walk away.

Cozy rooftop nest, 10 minutes to the beach

Very comfortable duplex, attic near the beaches, 3-minute walk to the port and 10-minute walk to the coves of Figuerolles and Mugel. Theater, market, supermarket, bakery are nearby. Everything is within a walking distance in less than 10 minutes. In a quiet area, the accommodation benefits from a Tropezian with a small sea view and a great view of the rooftops of the historic center: it's magical and relaxing!!!

Séjournez dans notre studio cosy au cœur de notre propriété familiale reposante, avec un grand jardin, une belle piscine et des terrasses partagés. Nous sommes situés à 500 mètres de la calanques du Mugel et de celle de Figuerolles, ainsi qu'à 1 km du port. Idéal pour un couple et jusqu'à 2 enfants, pour un séjour entre mer et nature. Nice studio near old port/air conditioning/terrace/quiet

Quiet studio with garden level bedroom area near old port and coves. The studio has been refurbished and includes an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a separate bedroom area of approximately 6 m2 with a 160*190 bed and a 7 m2 terrace. The studio is located at the back of our house in our garden, well separated from the house. I'm not putting up photos of the garden at the moment as we are doing some work

Déco pleine de caractère avec tomettes au sol d’origine, carreaux ciment dans l’entrée de l’immeuble, carreaux marocains dans la salle de bain. Emplacement idéal, centre ville historique face au Café de l’horloge ouvert 7/7. Literie de qualité, matériaux méditerranéens.

Very nice 42 m2 apartment with terrace on the port of Cassis, the sardinette has exceptional views of the sea and Cap Canaille. Completely renovated by an interior designer. High-end services and all the desired comfort (air conditioning, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine). This small gem is a 5-minute walk to the beaches and close to the famous Calanques of Cassis.

Loved, loved, loved our stay here! The location couldn’t have been better — walking distance to two beaches and the pier. We loved using the paddle boards, bikes and scooter. The hot tub was a great way to relax after beach days. We loved the beautiful city and gorgeous beaches. Wish we could spend time here every summer!

This place is amazing! Gorgeous inside (homey and spacious) and perfectly located (walking distance from calanques and private)! The hosts were absolutely lovely, gave us so many recommendations, checked in on how we're doing and were always responsive. Couldn't be happier with my stay!
