Nice space, clean, with all the necessities; we had a great stay! Daniel is a very responsive host. To be noted: strongly scented detergent is used for the bedding, so if you are sensitive to this it could be a problem.

Jennifer is a wonderful host, very responsive, and offered anything we may need to have a comfortable stay. We would stay here again.

This two-bedroom, one-bath rental offered a clean, comfortable, and private stay with the added convenience of a free washer and dryer — a major plus for longer visits. The space was easily accessible and felt secure, making it a great option for travelers seeking a hassle-free experience. The only drawback was the occasional loud music from neighboring units, especially on early Friday mornings. However, this minor inconvenience didn’t take away from the overall sense of privacy and convenience the rental provided. Ideal for guests who value simplicity, comfort, and easy access to amenities.

Nicely decorated and well stocked unit with a great kitchen for our month long stay. Open layout made the unit feel spacious and cozy. Was comfortable for us to host friends over for dinner. Host was responsive and communicative. Sound does travel so we were conscious of our noise to be respectful toward our neighboring units. Occasionally heard light footsteps and doors, but other than that it is a very quiet neighborhood. Heating worked well and kept the unit very comfortable even during -15 degree weather. It was a wonderful value and we enjoyed our stay. Location- Fourplex is in a nice, safe neighborhood and a short drive to grocery stores, gym, and downtown. Bedroom- comfy bed. Parking- loved having the dedicated parking area Kitchen & bathroom- Easy kitchen to cook in. Variety of kitchen appliances and bakeware. Showers get hot fast with great water pressure.

This was even cuter than what the pictures showed. Hosts were really good with communication and responded when we needed something. Had everything we needed and will definitely recommend to others! Thank you for a great stay!

Warm and cozy felt like a spiral retreat Away from home. Will be staying there on my visits to see my daughter "son-in-law and the grandchildren. Really blessed to have found this diamond in the rough.

Daniel's location is just blocks from where my 94 year old father lives. I was able to see him frequently as its just blocks away. The pictures matched perfectly, the house was clean, instructions were detailed. I now have a place to stay when I come from Dallas to visit family. I am so happy with the stay. Thank you.

My family and I selected Aaron and Colleen as hosts based on their five-star rating and safe location. However, we received more than what was expected. The first day, we were met with a personalized note, chocolates, and drinks in the fridge, including homemade cold brew! Such a thoughtful touch made us feel right at home. We were busy with family activities in the city, so we didn’t use the Peloton, hot tub, or sauna as expected. Still, returning to immaculate, extremely comfortable, stylish accommodation was lovely. The mattress was perfect! We also enjoyed listening to various records on the record player while playing cards and board games; it felt nostalgic. We enjoyed our stay, to say the least, and hope to revisit our experience at some future time.

This place’s location is insane! I literally didn’t need any taxi ride when I was in the city! Every location I want to go to is super walkable from this Airbnb. The view is amazing, and the floor is very clean. And I felt safe in it. Absolutely will book this place again if I ever came back to Minneapolis for travel.

My husband and I came here for a wedding and it was the most perfect stay! The location was walkable, safe, and near some great restaurants! They were responsive and provided helpful, timely information. They were also flexible with my check in and check out times. The apartment was clean and as described. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

This was a wonderfully charming Airbnb that was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully preserved vintage details! My fiancé and I rented for a week to be our home base during our wedding week (my hometown, currently out-of-state). JJ was super responsive, proactively gave clear instructions, and was super kind to leave us ample snacks (got in late) and celebrated our upcoming nuptials with a bottle of champagne, slippers, and an adorable oven mitt, spatula, and cookbook. Definitely above and beyond!!! The location felt safe with easy access to highways and it was walkable to a great coffee shop and within 10 minutes from our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Great value and would recommend and stay again!!! The only minor thing to note is that although the upstairs tenant was very quiet, I was woken up a few mornings by (a dog?) running around upstairs excitedly. The dog was well-behaved/quiet but because the house is older I did hear its weight shifting the floorboards around.

Beautiful house with a great basement to stay. The basement room is in great condition. The bathroom worked great. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. Lots of space in the basement area. I enjoyed my stay in the house because it was very comfortable and close to where I was working. The hosts do live at the house full time. they are very welcome and humble. They let me use the kitchen upstairs which was very convenient for me. The host always responded online and very easy to communicate with in person.

Robin is an excellent host. Her level of communication was in the "Goldilocks Zone" - Not too little, not too much... exactly right. It's clear that she cares about her facility and her guests. The space itself is very comfortable, and just one block from the light rail Green Line. The area is surrounded by a wide range of excellent ethnic restaurants. I would absolutely consider staying here again.
