It was a very pleasant experience, though we had a short stay in Agios Antonios. Daniil and Maya were very kind and the house was indeed nice with large spaces, clean and beautiful views from the huge balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and one can feel the relaxed countryside life. The village itself is close to Thesaloniki and Halkidiki, which makes it perfect location if travelling Northern Greece. We all appreciated Maya's talent, she prepared for us a special dinner, excellent mediteranean salads, delightful desert and an excellent white wine. Daniil has helped and advise us about the best places in Thesaloniki, parking places, historical points of interests, museums and traditional shops. We were in permanent contact and he managed to arrange all the details for a smooth travel experience. In few words great hosts, very nice house, excellent food, good location.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

The perfect combination of accommodations, amenities, and concierge services without the hotel hustle and pandemic concerns, at a great price. You could not ask for better hosts. Highly recommend for all travelers. As a US, non Greek speaking female traveling alone during covid, I felt safe, cared for, and accommodated in every way.

Vasilis was very welcome and cheerful and eager to show everything about the town to us!! The appartment was PE-RFECT and for sure we will stay thereif we visit thessaloniki again!! Fully equipped having everything needed for short or long stay!!

I stayed at this wonderful place for one week. Everything was as advertised and true to the photos. The view is so amazing! Love to sit on the terrace sofa and look at the view to the sea and over the city and watch the birds. Loved it! Ana poli (the old town) is charming but on a pretty steep hill so I got some work out. Probably not for people with medium or more mobility issues. I highly recommend this place for short and longer stay. The host Ilias was very responsive and very helpful - e.g. when I had a health issue to tend to and gave a good advice. If I come back to beautiful Thessaloniki I will definitely stay again. Thanks a lot! Wonderful place.

The apartment is spacious, looks just like the pictures, and is incredibly comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The location is perfect: a 5-10 minute walk to convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked away enough for reduced city noise. We loved the natural light and the balcony's good seating space. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Thessaloniki!

I had a wonderful stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

We’ve vacationed many times in Thessaloniki to visit friends and family and we were glad to have stayed here. The apartment is much larger than the pictures and was spacious enough for our 4 year old to wander around. The apartment was very well stocked with food and coffee and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Located in the center of the city, there are tons of coffee and restaurants around as well as the beautiful metro that connects you to everything you would need. There is also a large playground across the street. It was also easy to get a taxi nearby as there is a taxi stand literally 50 meters away. We hope we can stay here again next time we are in town- we loved it !

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. It's in a great location and we had no problems at all during our stay. Would highly recommend!

We were 4 adults staying and there was plenty of space and facilities - some people may prefer a second bathroom / toilet but we managed perfectly fine. Location very good regarding anything you need being close and the views are very nice across the sea / harbour. Stamatios and his housekeeper whom we met twice were very courteous, accommodating and friendly. Quite a few reviews mention noise levels in front balcony bedroom and it definitely is loud and runs into early morning from bars and traffic throughout the night. There were ear plugs provided but we had brought our own which were wax type from Boots and these worked very well so as long as you have good ear plugs then nothing to be concerned about regarding this aspect.

The apartment was just as described – clean, comfortable and well appointed. The location is ideal for discovering Thessaloniki, everything was easily accessible, even by public transport. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

George is an extremely responsive guy and involved in everything he does. I had an extremely good time at his place, as proof I also booked for the year 2025.

We stayed with George for a week and we loved it. The bungalows are perfectly located to enjoy the tranquility and nature. The nearest town with shopping and good restaurants is about 10 minutes away by car. You definitely need a rental car. The garden and everything around the bungalows is very well maintained and there are loungers and seating everywhere to relax. On the private beach, there is even a surfboard for the loungers, which everyone can use. George and his team have gone to great lengths to make sure nothing is missing. We will definitely be back!

The most beautiful place we've ever been to and perfect for families. Fantastic garden, incredible views - a private beach and everything you need from kitchen utensils to swimming gear for the kids. Washing machine with detergent, fridge with food for supermarket prices. Always a point of contact, quick answers. I could tell and rave a lot more here. A piece of earth that there's hardly any left! A true gem with the fragrance of jasmine and wonderful plants in May. Better than the pictures. Thank you for everything and hopefully see you soon!

Very nice and clean space, we stayed 3 nights a group of 10 people and had a wonderful time, unique view you feel that you are on an island!

So a few words about our experience. We were a group of 10 people who chose to spend the Easter days at Mr. George's house. First I want to start with the human factor from Mr.Giorgos , the host who was very helpful and immediately answered our questions and introduced us to his home upon our arrival. As for the house and the place, very large and green yard in the trees. The pool was full and clean despite the off season. We spent almost all the time outside in the yard . Absolutely quiet as the house is secluded but a stone's throw from the village of N. Iraklia. As for the interior of the house, we didn't miss anything; it's so passionate about the house that the hosts have taken care of every detail. Comfortable large and clean rooms. 3 bathrooms that helps a lot when you're a lot of people. the Kitchen full. And as a bonus he let us light the fireplace in the evening as well. Great experience.
