Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Annonay

Excellent stay in a small house full of charm. We came as a couple for 3 days of cycling and we were won over by the region and especially by the incredible setting of the property. What a view! Far from everything, the car is essential, but you could stay there lounging all day, the place is so magical. Michel and Véronique are very warm, welcoming and available people!

My friend and I went for a long awaited weekend away and Remon and Anita's place was just perfect! I would say its even better than the pictures. The Gite has all the things you could possibly ask for including very comfortable beds, a pristinely clean bathroom and we loved the gite's rustic decoration and feel. The kitchen is fully kitted out and had coffee and tea included which was great. The Gite has its own outside terrace where, due to the lovely weather, we spent most of our time as well as next to the pool in the secluded garden which has sun loungers we could use as well. Lastly, Anita was super helpful and responsive and both Remon and Anita were really great hosts, very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone if you want a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing stay in southern france

Accommodation completely in accordance with the photos: very nice accommodation with a very nice landscaped layout, private pool and bocce ball court.

We had a great stay at Anne-Soline's. Very quiet and relaxing location, with incredible views. Beautiful house furnished with taste. Anne-Soline is very responsive and friendly. We recommend and will happily go back.

If you like nature, peace and seclusion, you really should choose this stay. Beautifully located, beautiful view and very nicely furnished house. You immediately feel welcome at Franck and Atsuko. We had a little rain, but then you can still sit under the shelters outside, which is an added value! In the area you can take beautiful walks and on site there is a lot of nature to observe. Birds, butterflies, orchids: you have it all. Very nice was the daily good day of the two beautiful horses. We named them Carotte and Caresse. (Take some carrots!) For us, it was a successful holiday and ideally the most tastefully decorated house.

We had a pleasant stay at Didier and Aurélie's. The setting is beautiful and the accommodation superb. I really love the house, congratulations on the layout! We were with family and were able to enjoy the pool, Nordic bath, petanque... in a quiet and green environment. Thank you again and we will be happy to come back. We recommend it!

clear and well arranged accommodation. well located for shopping and walks. Good stay, despite the heat and the noise of the adjoining road, just a small downside, not for people with difficulties with stairs. The bottom door would need a change of barrel because of recurring problem for opening.

The apartment is as described. The location is central, close to the tram. Despite a bug on the platform, the arrival (instructions and entry code not available) Akim was quick to respond and very available!

An experience to live, it's really the type of Airbnb we want to see more of, especially at this price! We recommend it between the massage seats and the jacuzzi (too bad we had a leak at that time to enjoy it) but given Maxime's responsiveness I'm sure it will be quickly resolved. We strongly recommend!

Hi, We flashed on the accommodation offered by Bénédicte and Matthieu via the description and photos (which completely correspond to reality It is even prettier in "real") but also for the many following advantages: - baby equipment availability (high chair, crib, bathtub, Bénédicte had prepared games for our baby! This attention is very delicate) - possibility to have breakfast and dinner on site (with a toddler it is very convenient!) - availability, sense of hospitality and very good tips for visiting Bénédicte and Matthieu (their children Z. And M. were charming too) - location - accommodation as described and very pleasant (charm, character and practice)

Robert gave us all the information needed for the overnight stay in advance and responded quickly to questions from us. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and very nice decor.

We were a group of friends with children, and like every year, we met in Ardèche. Everyone was able to find their own space. the house is large and spacious both inside and outside. Most rooms have their own toilet and private bathroom. It's a beautiful home. I recommend it.

In the heart of the village, you can stroll through the alleys of Boucieu. Frederique and Bruno are adorable. Very good bedding, toys for children, books. Parking at the foot of the accommodation. We had a pleasant stay at Gilles's. Very nice house and Gilles was very flexible and responsive.

Corinne and Philippe welcomed us very well in their beautiful cottage in the middle of nature. They are friendly and attentive. We had a great holiday (swimming pool, barbecue, terrace, steps, pétanque...). We warmly recommend this rental!!

An unforgettable stay in the house of Aurélien and Lucie who have always been responsive to our requests and responded with great kindness. The house is very spacious, allowing us to meet as a family (my husband and I, our 2 children and their spouses as well as our 2-year-old daughter) without disturbing us at any time, while living together these 4 days, which had not happened to us in a long time! Everything contributed to the success of this stay: - For meals: the large, very well-equipped kitchen, the pizza oven, the BBQ, the large tables inside and on the terrace, - The sleeping area for lazy mornings and quiet naps for our little girl... and even the older ones! Not to mention the studio above the garage, which gives our children a little independence, without the little ones... - The large living room, its 2 large sofas and its foosball - And what about the swimming pool, the flowery and wooded grounds and the view... What happiness!

We had a pleasant little stay of 3 days and 2 nights. The house is functional, clean and the environment is peaceful. The kids enjoyed having a games room with billiards, foosball and hockey, knowing that there were also board games. There is plenty of space in this house, which allows some to work and others to have fun. The elevated terrace is also a peaceful oasis. Big plus for breakfast and cleaning included! All the activities we wanted to do (Peaugres Safari, Postman Cheval Palace, Les Roches qui Dansent) were less than half an hour away, great!
