Waterfront holiday rentals in Annecy-le-Vieux

Appartement très propre et bien situé. Nous avons pu faire ce que nous voulions à pied. Le logement était dans un environnement agréable et proche de tout.

Le logement d’Hélène est très bien équipé, très accueillant, une jolie terrasse et au bord d’une magnifique rivière. Hélène est une hôtesse au petit soin et très disponible. Je recommande pour un séjour paisible, au calme, proche d’Annecy mais hors de son agitation !

What a beautiful home <3 The flat is modern, super clean, very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! We stayed at the tail end of a heat wave and were worried that there was no aircon, but the superb quality Dyson floor fans work great, so not an issue at all! The garden is private, quite and had wonderful views over the mountains. 10mins max from the beach and supermarkets, bus stops etc. Sabrina was super helpful, and Emily, who checked us in was friendly, warm and welcoming 🙏 Thank you for a wonderful stay <3

The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly clean. The location was amazing- we could walk all over Annecy, as well as being a 5-minute walk from the train station, and a 2-minute walk from the bus station. The Tourist office was a 2-minute walk from the apartment and they were super friendly and helpful. Don't miss nearby Slade coffee (1 -minute walk)- wonderful breakfasts! Our Airbnb host was so responsive to our needs. At the last minute, I needed help to get back into the apartment and Samy came over within 5 minutes to help me. Truly a wonderful experience and a great place to stay. I hope that we can come back again!

Excellent logement ! Propre, parfaitement conforme aux photos et entièrement équipé, avec en prime une très belle terrasse. Gros avantage : les transports en commun se trouvent juste au pied de l’immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. L’arrivée se fait de manière autonome, ce qui facilite l’installation. L’hôte a été très réactif et nous a transmis toutes les informations nécessaires. Je recommande vivement ce logement — vous ne serez pas déçu !

Dès petites touches d'attentions pour l'anniversaire de nos filles "merci beaucoup " elles ont été super contente" un petit pot de confiture faite maison, un appart superbement décoré et pleins de surprises et pour terminer une hôte tres réactive 😇Je le recommande chaleureusement. stephanie

Le logement proposé par Alice était juste parfait ! 100% fidèle à la description, tout est très bien pensé et soucieux du détail : l’enceinte au plafond, les équipements de cuisine, le linge de maison propre et confortable, l’accès à deux vélos. Sans parler du jacuzzi, qui fait évidemment toute la différence. La vue sur le lac est aussi un vrai plus! Je recommande sans hésitation ! Encore un grand merci à Alice.

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent. Le cadre et l'environnement sont propice à la détente. La maison est magnifique. Joseph est très réactif. Merci beaucoup.

Maison très belle et agréable. Parfait pour une petite famille avec la plage à quelques minutes à pieds. Besoin de vélo pour aller jusqu’à à Annecy mais largement faisable.

Très bel emplacement, avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue, comme l'aménagement du chalet, alors que nous y avons passé les vacances de Noël, en grande partie a l'intérieur.

Nous avons eu la chance de passer un week-end entre amies dans le logement de Dominique et nous en sommes plus que ravies ! Le logement est vraiment top, l’emplacement est vraiment idéal et il y a suffisamment de places de parking. Dominique est un hôte vraiment génial, il a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous pensons déjà à revenir avec nos familles !

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Veyrier. L'appartement est très joli et la vue est sublime. De plus, il est très bien situé: à 5mn du lac, à deux pas du parking gratuit, d'une supérette et de l'arrêt de bus pour balader autour du lac. Seul bémol pour nous: Il n'y a pas de volets et pas de stores/rideaux à toutes les fenêtres de la chambre d'en haut: compliqué donc de se reposer car il y fait grand jour dès que le soleil est là.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Best accommodation and best host

Excellent séjour chez Julie et Benoît qui ont été très flexible et réactif pour notre arrivée et départ ! L'appartement est très bien équipé, agencé et décoré. La terrasse donne une vue magnifique sur le lac et il y a une petite plage accessible à 2min à pieds de l'appartement. La résidence est très calme. L'appartement de Julie et Benoît est parfait pour déconnecter et passer un super séjour ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter :)

Appartement conforme aux photographies, avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Situé dans le port d’Aix les Bains. Je le recommande.

Super séjour chez Maryline ! Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, confortable et bien situé. L’accueil était chaleureux et la communication facile. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage à aix les bains.

Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊
