Holiday rentals with beach access in Annecy-le-Vieux

Perfect location, lovely apartment and the best energy. This Airbnb felt just like home from the very beginning. We wished we could have stayed even longer. This space is perfect !

The apartment was very clean and in a great location, with everything in walking distance. Laurence communicated clearly, well in advance, and was very friendly throughout. We’d be happy to come again!

We had a wonderful stay - lots of room and everything was as shown in listing. Guillaume was very clear in messages and met us at the apartment for check-in. He was very friendly, brought us upstairs - explained all about the apartment and the area’s places of interest. We were able to check in a bit early as soon as we arrived from train station. Thank you - it was a great two days in Annecy!!

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful lake view in the shade for very hot days. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality equipment (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Thank you to Sylvie the owner and Carole who received us for their kindness and hospitality.

The stay in this accommodation was perfect! It's totally as described. Our arrival was perfect thanks to the descriptions sent. The accommodation was very clean, near the greenway which is a plus, especially with the bikes available! The air conditioning was also a big plus for our stay! The accommodation is completely soundproofed, we didn't hear anything despite the fairly busy road next to it! We recommend it with our eyes closed! Thanks again!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

Armand is a really great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk from the lake) in a peaceful residential location and easy to access. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

A great apartment in Annecy Le Vieux - not far from the city center and the lake (15' walk). We will be back.

Franck and Anne-laure are very welcoming, caring. The apartment is super cool, a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Anne-Laure gave me the good addresses of the restaurants and activities to do. The apartment is next to the lake, the small port. You feel good there. You can see that the owners are careful. I will recommend these hosts.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.
