Logement idéalement situé avec une vu magnifique sur les montagnes ! Hôtes très réactive, un séjour au top dans cette belle maison agréable et son jardin aménagé pour les enfants Je recommande ce lieux magnifiques

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

Ce n’est pas la première fois que nous y allons et c’est toujours aussi top ,tant le logement que les recommandations pour les activités. The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

L'offre de logement d'Aurelia correspond parfaitement au séjour passé dans son appartement. Le logement est idéalement situé. Tout est accessible à pied ou en vélo. De plus il est très fonctionnel, très propre, bien agencé et offre une belle vue. Hôte très accueillante et réactive, très clair dans les instructions et toujours prête a répondre aux questions. Nous sommes hyper satisfait de cette offre / hôte.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved the house and the location! The host was wonderful and super available & informative :) We couldn't have asked for a better place than this for our trip to Annecy!

Les hôtes donnent des instructions claires et détaillées. Le logement est très propre et conformes aux photos. Tout est accessible à pied avec un parking privatif proche du logement. La boulangerie, poissonnerie,crémerie, boucherie et le carrefour sont à proximité à pied et le mercredi il y’a le marché qui propose des produits de qualité. Le système d’entrée automatique est très bien. Le seul point en moins si l’on peut dire : voisins bruyants qui claquent les portes fort de temps en temps et le voisin du dessus également bruyant le soir. Je mets 5* car pour moi c’est un logement de qualité et je le conseille.

Logement très propre et accessible, la place de parking est un vrai plus.

Isabelle was very gracious host and very pleasant to deal with. She had for us a bottle of juice and a jar of apricot jam that she made herself. 💕 really appreciated it. Her place was spacious and very clean in a quiet location, walkable to the city center. Although we did not use the kitchen, she had everything for us to use - oil, spices, pots and pans. The air conditioner in living room and bedrooms is one that you put ice into to cool the air. It worked for us, weather was still pleasant early June. It was a perfect trip. Great location easy walk to train station, old Town n lake. If coming early be ready to spend some extra euros about 34 euros for 2 lockers for 5 hours. The best part is that the luggage storage is on the groundfloor . Hosts were quick to respond. Everything as described.Would recommend

superb location, steps from the old town without being in it. layout is a little awkward, with one bedroom having to be passed through in order to get to the other. watch you head as you move from the living room to the bedroom area!

Très bon accueil par Christophe, appartement propre et fonctionnel. À 1 mn à pied du lac Parking privé ce qui est un plus Je recommande les yeux fermés

Merci pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et toutes les attentions pour que notre court séjour se passe bien. C’était une petite halte pour une seule nuit à l’occasion d’un mariage mais compte tenu du lieu ce serait parfait pour un séjour plus long .

Daniel’s place was perfect for our needs. We were able to walk to my conference at the Imperial Palace & also easily walk into the old town. There are plenty amenities close to the apartment & also a small drive away. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine which was useful as it was very hot during our visit. It was very clean and compact, with a lovely balcony for morning coffee. There is no WiFi, which was not a problem for us as we were out most of the time, but good to consider if this is something you require. Daniel was a great host, swift to reply to all communications. My French was tested to its limit, which was far more rewarding than many Duolingo lessons.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Le logement est calme et donne sur une cour intérieure. Le garage privé est un réel avantage. Les instructions pour accéder au logement étaient très claires et bien indiquées. Je recommande très fortement cet appartement !
