Holiday rentals with lake access in Annecy-le-Vieux

A great location by the lake with lots of amenities nearby and a short walk into the old town.

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, 1 min walk from lake. Nice balcony with garden view. 25 mins walk along lakeside to old town. Large, comfy living room/kitchen + cosy bedroom. There are about 5 parking spaces immediately in front of the apartment - first come, first served but we always found a space. If no spaces, there's a big public car park 50m away - free except during peak season (July/August). Good communication from Marie Christine before & during. Met by Stefan who was helpful with check-in. Would happily visit again.

An amazing apartment in the middle of town! When the farmers market is happening you walk out right in the middle of it- very cute and quaint! The apartment was very nice and the hosts provided fans which was very necessary because it gets very hot during the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean. The only thing is the shower tended to spill water all over the floor, but we were given lots of towels! All in all, I’d def stay here again next time I’m in Annecy!

Can’t beat the view and the location

Elodie was super nice and communicative. We loved our stay in Annecy thanks to its spacious, intimate accommodation and close to all tourist activities. This place was a big favorite for us. 🫶Élodie is attentive to our needs and super flexible in making sure our stay is fun at all times. The accommodation is identical to the photos (very modern and clean) and everything was at our disposal for our comfort. If we ever return to Annecy, we will definitely stay with Elodie. Hosts give clear and detailed instructions. The accommodation is very clean and matches the photos. Everything is within walking distance with private parking close to the accommodation. The bakery, fishmonger, dairy, butcher and Carrefour are within walking distance and on Wednesday there is the market that offers quality products. The automatic entry system is very good. The only downside, if you can say: noisy neighbors who slam the doors loudly from time to time and the neighbor upstairs is also noisy at night. I give 5* because for me it is a quality accommodation and I recommend it.

I stayed in this apartment for three months as part of my work. Conveniently located, close to the city center and lake, and close to all amenities. Very easy to reach by car. Eliott, my point of contact, was very responsive following a small electrical outage and always available if needed. I highly recommend it!

Very nice location for this apartment on the top floor, the narrow steps to climb did not bother us Apartment, atypical with a lot of charm or everything can be done on foot, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, restaurant downstairs from the apartment and which nevertheless remains very quiet at night, because it faces a pedestrian street. small downside, cleaning, succinct, nevertheless, bed linen, clean towel and we spend most of our time outside. Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!
