房間內應有盡有，家飾品各有特色，儘管房間內部東西多依然十分乾淨，環境舒適。 大樓穿廊、電梯公共區域明亮潔淨，還有警衛關心進出的民眾，安全性高。 位置在火車站騎機車4分鐘左右，周圍是民宅，安靜適合休息。 會想再拜訪一次！

來台南入住很多次名宿，這回讓我們全家人，未來再來想再住。 因為週邊是我們想去的地方步行可抵達的 白天譬如市場（可以買台南在地口味的食物） 晚上 海安路是我們有喝酒的人可以跑的地方，有很多選擇以及宵夜 房內不管是房間或是廁所真的很乾淨，被子的材質很舒服😍 大方向就是⋯呃打個分數好了 85分 未來再去台南會去住

I had a wonderful stay here! The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout. I really appreciated how clean and well-equipped the unit was; it had everything I needed and felt just like home. One standout feature was the in-unit laundry machine, which is a huge plus when traveling abroad. Definitely a place worth checking out!

很好，房間很大 cp值很高。房間很便宜所以覺得已經很物超所值了。推薦入住！

雖然後來原訂房間無法出租幫我換了另一個地點溝通花了一點時間，但入住經驗良好，房間也很乾淨。可惜沒有對外窗略封閉了一些，有機會還是會再去。

佈置的非常溫馨，很有家的感覺，每一位朋友都讚嘆不已，物品很齊全，熱水供應很穩定，因為位置在巷弄，也相較的比較安靜，是下次再來台南會想要再住一次！

Place is very well kept, feels luxurious, and looks exactly like the photos! The bed was comfy and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. High-tech toilet (with seat warmer!), remote AC with dehumidifier option (necessity in Taiwan), fridge and mini stove (no microwave but that is on the third floor). Cleaning crew does an amazing job cleaning if you are doing a longer stay. Chapter 127 was super easy to communicate with and very helpful and fast in responding. There is a bus stop 5 min walk away from this Airbnb. 10/10 would book again!

we were a group of three students looking to go to yanshui's beehive festival. This was the closest accommodation to the event. it met our needs perfectly as an inexpensive place to sleep after the event. host was friendly and responsive via text and translation apps. it was perfect for us.

這次旅程連住兩晚，家人都很捨不得離開，環境非常的感覺，很有家的感覺，尤其是床躺得很舒服，一般來說去飯店住都不怎麼好睡，但這邊的床我可以一覺到天亮，客廳很方便飲食，離台南各個觀光夜市都滿近的，停車也非常便利省$ 下次如果還來台南，肯定首選❤️❤️

Very helpful host a great value for money. The place is cozy and I would recommend and go again.

Sylvia’s apartment is in a great location, within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and things to do. The air conditioning worked great, and it was nice to have a clothes washer. The beds were comfortable and we didn’t hear any outside noise when sleeping, even though the main bedroom has a balcony onto the street below. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tainan.

I really enjoyed staying at Arise's. She is a very responsive host with very clear instructions. The place has a lot of good qualities: clean, peaceful neighborhood, cozy. But what really stands out is that this apartment is truly a breath of fresh air compared to the cookie-cutter accommodations you often find. The flat is genuinely unique - it's full of the host's incredible taste that shines through in every corner.
