Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Annakhil

Beautiful villa in a soothing setting, beautiful views of the Atlas. The pool is amazing, the exteriors are well maintained. It was a pure moment of relaxation. A huge thank you to the guard who ensures safety, a lovely man, kind and always smiling! A place I would recommend.

Great stay spent at Julie's Villa. The place is really very beautiful. The garden, the pool, the spacious rooms tastefully decorated. Abdel who welcomed us was very considerate and pleasant. Hayet the housekeeper was always smiling and in a good mood, providing us with a perfect service. It was an enchanted Marrakchi parenthesis. Thank you!

This riad is simply stunning. Looks exactly like the photos and ideal location only 15 min walk to the main square. Really easy to get taxis from the main road 3 min walk away. However, the real stars are Naima and Abdou who make the experience 10000x better. Naima is a wonderful cook and kept the riad looking spotless. Abdou was also super friendly and as a group of young girls travelling together we felt so safe with him in the Riad. All in all it was a 10/10 experience, definitely worth every penny we paid! Thank you so much to Naima and Abdou for their hospitality.

Our stay at this Riad was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not as guests, but as family. The Riad itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Moroccan beauty with comfort and serenity. The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

The house is simply beautiful, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every detail is carefully thought out to offer a setting that is warm, comfortable and refined. The welcome was excellent: the owner was extremely attentive, always available and very responsive throughout the stay. A real asset of this address is the catering service offered on site. We had the pleasure of tasting delicious tajines, prepared with fresh, organic and local products. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a treat for the taste buds. An authentic experience, which I recommend without hesitation.

Thanks to Youssef for hosting us. I was in this house with my husband and two toddlers ( 3 years and 8 months) and the place was well suited. We were really able to rest during our 4 days there. Very beautiful and well protected residence. Youssef is very responsive and kind. Thank you 👍

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this beautiful riad! From the time of booking, Ann and Philippe were super responsive, available and really accommodating – a real joy! It's very nice to feel, even before arriving, that you've made the right choice, just through their messages, with a lot of kindness, and their availability. We felt confident right away, and it really made a difference. A huge thank you also to Fatima and Aziza, who were lovely throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention touched us, not to mention the breakfasts! The riad itself is superb, completely in line with the photos (even better in real life!). You feel good right away, it's spacious, beautifully decorated and perfectly located in the heart of the medina. I recommend it 100% and we will come back without hesitation!

It was a good apartement for just me. Unfortunately I could have ot pnly for one night, because it was reserved for next day. The owner was responding quickly, politely and gave exact instructions on how to check in. The only thing to notice, is that the location of the apartement was across the street (on the other side), ehile the location sent first had me looking in a small alleyway on the wrong side). The building's name is anyway marked, and easy to see, so if I had payed a little more attention I would have found it instsntly. If I return to Marrakech, I will stay here again.

She was a fantastic host - friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our entire holiday. During our stay, we encountered a minor plumbing issue, which she resolved promptly and efficiently. As a kind gesture, she even offered us some delicious, authentic Moroccan treats to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, she went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.
