Family-friendly holiday rentals in Annakhil

This was our 3rd stay here and it was better than ever! Truly exceptional. It’s like a little paradise and we really did have the best stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and made our stay even better - being on hand with any questions or queries and even helped booking in my massages at the property. We were really sad to leave but I know we will be back again for the 4th time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

This place, so special, no words. It’s one of those magical places where you instantly feel at home. The architecture js madly beautiful and the garden a dream. Samira, Habibe and Rachid took the best care of us, always welcoming us with a smile. Our kids miss them already. We had such a great time and will try to come back next year. Big recommendation!

Absolutely honour to stay at this riad and phillip do his best to explain and help us with everything. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the markets/souks. Overall, i would really recommend this to anyone, and i myself will definitely be coming back.

The apartment was very clean and nice. Well furnished. The rooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom and a large balcony. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop. It was really very pleasant: The kitchen on this terrace, the comfortable sofas... it's a real plus! And the jacuzzi to cool off, a real blessing!! We had our breakfast and a few meals there, because the place really lends itself to it and in terms of utensils, nothing is missing 😊 There are good quality restaurants in the neighborhood. We traveled only on foot, even to reach the medina. It's not too far away. Majorelle Gardens are located just in front of the apartment. We can only highly recommend the visit: it is a real haven of peace!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Thank you for everything 🙏

The villa is exactly as shown in the photos and is perfect for a stay with friends The teams on site are very welcoming: special mention for the Moroccan breakfast prepared by the cook! We'll be there 😊

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!

The accommodation is located in a strategic position, because it is close to one of the entrances to the Medina and at the same time close to the main Souks. We were a group of 6 friends and we had a great time, the housekeeper Aziza was very kind and very helpful for all our requests. Recommended!

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

I thank Abdel for his wonderful work, a welcome from his staff Impeccable, wonderful people, the Moroccan welcome is a must. Taste the couscous of the cook Fatima and Saïda.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the Villa with plenty of space and lovely surroundings, Fatiha was superfast to respond to any queries that we had and also let us check in early and check out late which we really appreciated and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. We would stay again.

The riad is located in the heart of the medina allowing you to do everything on foot. many restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The riad has several spaces to enjoy the pool, a very quiet wooded courtyard and a roof with sunbathing and rooftop views respectively. The riad team was at the top, friendly, helpful, good advice and allowed a stress-free, safe check-in and checkout, which is appreciated as a family. The room equipment was pretty and authentic.

We loved the location close to a lot of attractions

Alain’s house is ideally located in the Medina in Marrakech. The house is vintage and feels like stepping back in time. A unique experience - the Medina is something you won’t find anywhere else. The breakfast was excellent.

A huge thank you for an unforgettable stay at the Riad! The place is beautiful, peaceful, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. Special mention to Pablo, our host, but also a big congratulations to Brahim at the reception, smiling and attentive. And what about Bouchra… great breakfast every morning, and dinner? Pure delight! An incredible, talented cook who delighted us from start to finish. We leave with stars full of eyes (and full belly)! Thanks again, you are at your best.

We had a great stay with friends (9 people). The villa is as beautiful as in the photos! Laila took very good care of us with her homemade meals. A big thank you also to Abdel for his availability to arrange our trips by car, and to Karim for his responsiveness in answering all our messages. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay at Paolo’s villa was unforgettable – we had tears when we left as the staff were so wonderful! The perfect mix of exploring Marrakesh and Agafay, along with relaxing days by the pool, made for a wonderful experience. The villa is stunning, and we felt at home from the start. Sana, Fatima, and Jafaar made us feel like family, with delicious meals every day. After our first dinner, we asked them to cook for us the entire stay on the days we were there! Paolo was a fantastic host, arranging for Abdullah to pick us up from the airport and providing transport throughout our stay. The location was peaceful and safe, with a small village nearby, and the 30-minute drive into Marrakesh was no issue. The rooftop views were incredible, with hot air balloons and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. At night, the starry skies were unforgettable. We can’t wait to return – thank you, Paolo, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The accommodation is identical to the one offered on the site, Karim is available for any question. The staff at the riad is lovely. In the center of the medina, you can visit all of Marrakech on foot. Recommended!

Best place to be i spent a great week end with my friends and it was very close Marrakech. I recommend it

We were a team of 12 friends in this beautiful villa and we can only say positive things about our stay. The villa is a little "old-fashioned" but it is clean, practical, it has charm and has many rooms and different spaces for everyone. The exterior is beautiful, the terraces and the pool allow you to enjoy the property throughout the day. And what about the people who work daily to make our stay as wonderful as possible... Mustapha the taxi is very responsive and available, Salima who manages the house is pure kindness and does her best to make your stay a waking dream. She can also prepare many specialties, each as good as the other. Maria, the housekeeper, follows all this so that everything is perfect! As you can see, we 100% recommend this property and the people who manage it. We hope to be back soon
