"Edler Wohnraum" was not only very clean and stylishly furnished, it also lacked nothing. The hosts are very friendly, respond quickly and give helpful instructions in advance for check in. Absolutely recommended!

Lovely bright apartment, in a residential neighbourhood with city centre, shops and restaurant in easy walking distance. The place was clean, tastefully furnished and everything worked. The beds were firm but very comfortable. The kitchen had many basics supplied, we especially appreciated the mokka (espresso) maker. Ines is very friendly and responded quickly to questions prior booking. I am originally from the area and will definitely stay again when visiting family.

We stayed a week in the maple tip and are absolutely delighted with the apartment. We were especially impressed by the area with all the hiking trails and the sauna in Ahornallee. We will be happy to come back.

We liked how much Attention to detail, the historic walls have been prepared and adapted to today's requirements for modern living. Those who get involved will be very satisfied. It was us.

We had a lovely time with Sabine and Carsten. We especially liked the children's room with the games, books and the play carpet - our child had a lot of fun😉. The city is within walking distance and the location is very quiet with a shopping facility right next door. We also found the Aqua Marien swimming pool great and it is within walking distance. Very clean and functional apartment, quiet. Karlovy vary tour, worth a visit👍. Numerous walks nearby for lovers of hikes🥾, ski resort not far away.

Nice little especially quiet apartment near the city center. We would be warmly received by Julia & Ricardo. Both are very warm and very nice. The apartment was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything necessary. We felt very comfortable here.

Margitta welcomed us personally and immediately gave us some tips for exploring the surroundings. Margitta is very prudent, accommodating and there remained nothing to be desired. In short, it was a pleasant stay in a beautiful area with friendly, warm people.

We had a great time in Aleksanders house in the center of the spa district of Karlsbad. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony in the evening. Aleksander took good care of us and communication was smooth.

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very quiet and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend them very highly.

Super lodge, good location near colonnades. The lady was very accommodating, she explained everything nicely. The apartment feels like you're in a castle. A pool and hot tub are a nice bonus.

Beautiful space. Great communication, was able to resolve concerns directly. added the stair gates especially for our daughter. My son was surprised by the Easter bunny and found a gift to himself outside the door - a thousand thanks again for that he was so happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't do much because our son got sick, but we were in the apartment for 24 hours for several days and there was nothing missing. The cleanliness, the amenities everything was great. Even the toys that were on site were great. We felt so comfortable and would come back any time. Thanks to Peggy & Torsten :)

We had a wonderful weekend with friends at this great place in Dresden! The apartment was exactly as described – very clean. The location was ideal for exploring the city – quiet but still close to many attractions. Check-in was completely straightforward, and the contact with the host was friendly and helpful at all times. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Clear recommendation!

The accommodation was very clean and offered all the amenities needed for a stay. The parking lot is a bonus for me, as you don't have to search for long. The only small shortcoming, but what a whine at a high level: a small lamp in the living room would have been desirable, because otherwise you only have the choice between darkness or bright lighting. I would definitely come back! ☺️
