I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs in Argentina and I will say this one is the only one I would actually recommend. The place is well taken care of, it doesn’t feel like it’s been used up, but actually feels like a home. Pros: Great clean bathroom Full kitchen Office Great location Furniture feels new and comfortable Con: Only thing that annoyed me was the strange noises in the apartment.

We had a long stay of 1 month in Silvia's apartment. We found it very comfortable and spacious. There was a small problem the first few days, but Silvia immediately called a plumber and it was successfully resolved. Being on a very busy avenue in Cordoba (Av. Rafael Nuñez) noise is inevitable, the bedroom that overlooks the avenue has a little noise at night, the other two bedrooms much less noise, you can rest better. Silvia provided us with clean towels and sheets every week at no extra cost, which made the accommodation experience really better :)

The apartment matches the pictures, it was in impeccable condition. Excellent location for walking and touring Villa Carlos Paz, many attractions nearby. We felt very safe in the area at all times. As for Edgar, he was willing to seek a solution at all times. I would honestly choose said stay again at another time. Highly recommended.
