Excellent Flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bedding. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it looks like a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Security of the tb boa building. Foot in total sand. We'll come back other times.

Nota mil for everything! Amazing hosts, real estate a grace and super well located. Safe, organized condominium with a cool structure. The view is magnificent! Full of beautiful beaches and a place to connect with nature. Breathtaking sunrise and for those who enjoy the starry sky is an event. I will return to this paradise!

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

Our Family loved every moment in this penthouse with an amazing sea view 🤩 We were impressed by every detail that the host organized on site literally you just need to take the bed linen because there's everything there. We want to go back already. OBS: I loved a wall of errands in the corridor,my Belinha left a little note there reporting it was wonderful our stay at the Site super recommend 😍😍😍

The view from the balcony is spectacular. Renata was very helpful. The unit was clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. The condominium offers great amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Wonderful stay! The house is really fascinating as in the pictures. We had flexible check in and check out and Inês was very helpful and attentive at all times, including on arrival, when we had a problem with the keys. Everything was impeccable, very clean and organized, very comfortable accommodations and very well behaved our group of 13 people. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we did not lack any utensil. Inês indicated her trusted cook, Mrs. Regina, for whom I can only dedicate compliments and thanks for the wonderful meals she has prepared us, as well as being a sweetheart, love of a person. The view of the outside area is breathtaking! Structure of the leisure area also impeccable. The deck gives access to the beautiful sea of the island, with kayaks available and also with the right to observe marine life. Easy access to Figueira Beach by the condominium, about 3 minutes walking distance. Mercado makes delivery at the house, which made it very easy for us. Perfect stay and super recommended by us!

One of the best Airbnb, it felt like you were in paradise, the place is beautiful, the view and the residence is secure. Also, we had a private beach. We were a group of 8 friends on a trip and is one thing for sure it's that if we come back to angra dos reis we will stay for 1 month at Regina's place which was remarkably kind and responsive

Casa is exactly what was in the pictures, the condo is great, Sandro is extremely friendly and always helpful answering all my questions before and during my stay. And in addition it gave us the indication of Ana Lídia who made delicious food. We spent a very good weekend, I would return there without a doubt.

Alexandre’s place is a peaceful, foot in the sand, modern house with a great living room. Having breakfast at the balcony’s table overlooking the beach was priceless. The area is stunning. Alexandre was very helpful and proactive, and we ended up sourcing boat and other suppliers through his recommendations. Neusa, the lady who helped us with cleaning and food, does all with passion and great care. Her food is amazing and nothing is impossible for her. I highly recommend the stay in this place and plan to come back!

We went with our family and spent incredible days in the house! The house is beautiful and the view is not talked about. The very attentive Suzane host, always answering and answering all doubts. The girls who work in the house are amazing, extremely gentle and considerate. Dona Luzia kitchen is a sweetheart. Dona Luzia wrecked the execution of our menu. The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

My contact was more with Fabiana, super helpful and attentive. The apartment was in accordance with the listing description, great location next to Shopping Pirata, 2 km from the center, very close to the highway if you want to visit the beaches of Angra by car, there are very good beaches following the direction of Mangaratiba. Very nice condominium area, for those who prefer convenience, there are tours that you can arrange in the condominium area and the boats stop at the condominium pier. I stayed in the apartment for a month and it was a great experience. The space is large, airy, and well-lit. The description in the ad, as well as the photos, perfectly match reality. From the beginning, Vinicius was extremely attentive and responded quickly to our requests. The apartment is exactly as described and corresponds to the expectation. Comfortable, easy access, located in a great condominium. There is a marina in the condominium itself, so we didn't even have to go out to do boat trips, just go down, very practical. We stayed in the feriadão of April and left very satisfied. The apartment is very functional and very located. It is facing the sandy strip and leisure area. It was a great experience.
