ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

La casa di Francesca ed Emanuel,è fantastica,pulitissima,situata in un posto tranquillissimo,e con un giardino bello grande,con olivi e fiori,completamente recintato,cosa molto apprezzata da chi viaggia con cani,come noi,contenti loro,rilassati noi !!! La casa è ben organizzata,ha tutto quello che si può desiderare e anche di più,tipo,la scopa elettrica,molto utile !! Tante piccole accortezze da parte degli host,che fanno subito venire un sorriso,(prodotti per la colazione,capsule per il caffè,bustine mono uso x la doccia),sono coccole,davvero apprezzate !! Vicino alla casa,con davvero pochi minuti di macchina,una marea infinita di cose stupende da vedere. Altra cosa,molto importante,nel letto,si dorme da 100 !!!!!! L'host,Emanuel,simpatico e sempre disponibile !!! Straconsiglio a tutti,questa casa,veramente perfetta ! P.S. Abbiamo sempre pranzato fuori,sul tavolo di fronte alla casa,in compagnia degli uccellini........

Appartamento molto carino, pulitissimo e con il tutto il necessario. Matteo host molto preparato e pronto a dare utili consigli. Noi abbiamo soggiornato da lui per un concerto allo stadio Olimpico. Posizione dell' appartamento tattica, di fianco alla stazione dei treni. Consigliatissimo.

Casa incantevole in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso circondato dalla natura, con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Host sempre disponibile. Ideale per bambini e cani. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Arrivare nello chalet di Alberto e Tiziana è come entrare in una favola ..la casa è molto accogliente....il bosco incantato....la piscina ci ha fatto compagnia nelle ore più calde. Host top per disponibilità e gentilezza...ci ritorneremo quanto prima.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Paolo e la moglie sono persone cordiali, gentili e molto ospitali. Ambiente pulito e super accessoriato con tutto ciò che può servire molto curato nei dettagli. Casale tranquillo, silenzioso in una zona strategica. A 15 minuti in macchina dalla stazione di Cesano dove, al costo di un euro si raggiunge Roma in mezz'ora. Numerosi parcheggi auto a Cesano gratuiti. Volendo la linea treno conduce in alternativa a Viterbo. A pochi minuti di macchina ad Anguillara Sabazia con i suoi ristoranti che si affacciano sul lago e vicino a bracciano.

ci siamo trovati benissimo. Romina è stata davvero sin da subito gentilissima e disponibilissima venendo incontro ad ogni richiesta. Sicuramente torneremo.

We had a fabulous short stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location, very close to the lake. Dragos was helpful and quick to respond to queries. The only disappointment was that there is a wonderful view from the terrace of the lake, but it is not possible to use it. We did ask, but apparently not.

Una casa bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, con tanto spazio, sia all'interno che all'esterno, immersa nella natura. I proprietari erano molto cordiali e felici di rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. È un luogo rilassante, un vero regalo

This place was absolutely charming! The space was cozy, clean, and full of character — from the rustic wooden furniture to the sweet little kitchen setup. The views from the windows were incredible, with colorful flowers framing the water just steps away. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: we did get a few stares from people in the area, and the police drove by a couple of times. It felt a little uncomfortable at first, but it may just be routine for the neighborhood. Still, the beauty and calm of the location made it a worthwhile experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, quiet escape.

Casa accogliente e molto profumata, presente aria condizionata fondamentale per la stagione estiva soprattutto per dormire. Bagno ampio e doccia comodissima, pulitissimo e super accessoriato. Lo consiglio! Grazie siamo stati molto bene

Stavamo percorrendo la via francigena con i computer portatili nello zaino (pellegrini atipici, sì), e al punto tappa avremmo dovuto lavorare. Arrivare in una giornata di caldo efferato qui, trovare una bottiglia di acqua fredda, una casa fresca, begli spazi, internet che va a meraviglia, un paesello vivace giusto fuori dalla porta, e una ottima pizzeria di fronte. Non lo so, ma se non è "stare bene" questo! Consigliatissimo, davvero.

Wonderful apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake. Very well equipped to make it a very comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and with beautiful views across the lake. Ludovico was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to any queries. When we arrived he was standing on the roadside wearing a red shirt so he could ensure we didn’t miss the apartment. There was also a garage for a small car which we didn’t need to use as with a hybrid or electric car, parking in Trevignano within blue lined parking spaces is free even at the weekends. We hope to come and stay again sometime.

Ho scelto l'appartamento per la vicinanza all'ENEA. Infatti 5 minuti a piedi e appartamento con ogni comodità. Posizione tranquilla.
