Laura is an amazing host! She gave exact instructions on how to find the hidden away AirBnB. The place was clean and beautiful in a peaceful small neighborhood. Amazing and would absolutely stay here again!!

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

La casa di Francesca ed Emanuel,è fantastica,pulitissima,situata in un posto tranquillissimo,e con un giardino bello grande,con olivi e fiori,completamente recintato,cosa molto apprezzata da chi viaggia con cani,come noi,contenti loro,rilassati noi !!! La casa è ben organizzata,ha tutto quello che si può desiderare e anche di più,tipo,la scopa elettrica,molto utile !! Tante piccole accortezze da parte degli host,che fanno subito venire un sorriso,(prodotti per la colazione,capsule per il caffè,bustine mono uso x la doccia),sono coccole,davvero apprezzate !! Vicino alla casa,con davvero pochi minuti di macchina,una marea infinita di cose stupende da vedere. Altra cosa,molto importante,nel letto,si dorme da 100 !!!!!! L'host,Emanuel,simpatico e sempre disponibile !!! Straconsiglio a tutti,questa casa,veramente perfetta ! P.S. Abbiamo sempre pranzato fuori,sul tavolo di fronte alla casa,in compagnia degli uccellini........

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Superbe appartement situé à deux pas de la mer. L'appartement est impeccable, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La seule chose à considérer est que les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas opaques, ce qui peut laisser entrer la lumière tôt le matin. Mais autrement, tout était parfait! Federica a été très polie, réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! ******** Beautiful apartment just steps from the sea. The space is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bedroom curtains are not blackout, so the rooms can get bright early in the morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Federica was polite, quick to respond, and always available for any questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was perfect—walking distance to so many iconic sites, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was clean, stylish, and packed with amenities that made our stay super comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Esperienza molto positiva: l'appartamento è davvero bello e completo di ogni accessorio e comfort per un soggiorno anche prolungato. Unico nostro errore è l'aver deciso di cenare fuori casa, quando sul terrazzo avremmo potuto godere di una bellissima vista del tramonto sul mare. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la gentilezza e la disponibilità degli host. Super :)

I had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place in Rome! The apartment is located a bit outside the city center, which I actually loved — it was quieter and more peaceful, yet still super easy to get to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Sonia and her mom were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations and making me feel very welcome. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Rome!

Casa Cucu’ è carinissima e si trova in un contesto tranquillo, pur essendo molto vicino al centro di Anguillara e al lungo lago. Ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli e parcheggio privato disponibile di fronte alla casa. Si raggiunge Roma in 25-30 minuti d’auto, mentre il lago di Bracciano è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi. Verena come host e’ gentilissima e professionale. Consigliato!

Wonderful apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake. Very well equipped to make it a very comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and with beautiful views across the lake. Ludovico was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to any queries. When we arrived he was standing on the roadside wearing a red shirt so he could ensure we didn’t miss the apartment. There was also a garage for a small car which we didn’t need to use as with a hybrid or electric car, parking in Trevignano within blue lined parking spaces is free even at the weekends. We hope to come and stay again sometime.

I truly enjoyed my short stay at Simona’s place, felt like home away from home. Simona is welcoming and kind, she also arranged transportation for my early flight in the morning. Simona is also responds quickly and is flexible with checking in. My train was delayed and Simona checked in on me & also waited to welcome me. She also provided recommendations for dinner both walking distance and those that locals visit. Additionally, Simona’s place is just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the Sunset was amazing. We had everything we needed and I recommended staying with Simona.

Favorite AirBnb ever and we have stayed a lot of places between our 2 accounts(business and leisure). Most clean, amazing style and vibe, location perfect, and mtg the owners was topping in the cake. Loved it.

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Marco was an exceptional host. He met us personally and walked us through everything. He gave wonderful recommendations, provided maps and tips that were very helpful. The apartment has the most beautiful views from the rooftop, especially at night. Even in the midst of a bustling city, you could sit on the rooftop in your own oasis. The rooftop garden is such a lovely touch and has large limes and kumquats growing from potted trees. Being so close to major sites and yet across from a peaceful garden was perfect. We got to enjoy early morning walks to sites like the colliseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and many beautiful basilicas. At night, it was easy to find delicious food. Even though we visited during a heat wave, the ACs worked very well. Thank you Marco for such a perfect visit to Rome, and for treating us to Prosecco for our anniversary. You made the trip even more special!

Kleine Wohnung für Max 3 Leute. Sehr sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Alles Wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Im Haus selbst ist die Wohnung eine kleine Zreppe hoch gelegen. Sie ist komplett im Ikea Stil eingerichtet. Und das optisch ansprechend. Zwar sind einige Regale im Schlafzimmer oder Wohnzimmer in unerreichbarer Höhe, aber sie runden das gestalterische Gesamtbild ab. Die Italiener haben andere Raumhöhen. Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. TV ist vorhanden, alle Sender italienisch. Plattenspieler und CD Player, Schallplatten und Cd‘s in großer Auswahl.Ansonsten alles in guter Kondition. Waschmaschine im Badezimmer auch vorhanden, ebenso ein Bidet. Preis/ Leistung geht in Ordnung.

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

L'appartement loué par Naoki est vraiment unique. La terrasse à elle seule mérite cinq étoile.

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево
