Holiday rentals with breakfast in Anguillara Sabazia

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

We stayed a week in Luca and Anna's place: the spaces are comfortable (although there were 4 of us the sofa bed was strategic). The pool is very nice, well-kept and well guarded by Michele. The location is great for visiting and discovering Viterbese, Luca's tips were very useful to organize us. Luca and Anna have always been very available for any of our requests or needs.

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Delightful host and perfect home for a retreat away from the city. Tidy, clean and characteristic. They even brought us croissants for breakfast!

Cannot say enough good things about this adorable apartment! We were able to check in a few hours early, which was greatly appreciated after a long morning of travel. The apartment is perfect for two people, with the location being ideal to walk to the sites but the unit feeling safe and private. We truly loved it and would highly recommend!

Sonia is the best! She is incredibly considerate and kind, and the information she provided was extremely helpful. Her recommendations for restaurants and the ice cream place were spot-on, and the nearby taxi station was very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location—easy to access many attractions. Before heading to the airport, I spent 30 minutes on the flower balcony - perfectly wrapped up my wonderful trip to Rome. Highly recommend staying here!

It was am amazing stay at a great price!

The hosts and location of this rental are amazing! We knew very little about Fiumicino when we booked several months ago and was pleasantly surprised of what this area had to offer. Cristiana’s location is right on one of the main roads to stroll along (Via Della Torre Clementina). It was an easy walk alongside the water to several local restaurants. We tried her recommendations for restaurants and they were fantastic! The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated - great style and comfortable accommodations. The special touches were nice - cookies, little snacks, etc. that we greatly appreciated from our long journey. We were trying to figure out how to get to the airport early in the morning (6am) and Cristiana and her husband offered to take us without hesitation. Thank you for letting us use this great apartment - we love the location and will think of this place and experience fondly ❤️

Claudia is a wonderful host. Her communication before arrival was top notch. She left many snacks and water which was an added bonus to the stay. The location is very walkable to all the major sites. The apartment is just like in the pictures and the street while busy during the day becomes quiet at night. The bed was very low to the ground and the mattress was very firm. All in all it was a wonderful stay for 2 people.

Laura's tiny house is an amazing place right in Fiumicino. Easy to get to from the bus at the airport. The place is very cozy, and you will feel at home. Laura is very hospitable and friendly. She is very accommodating and I can not say enough nice things about her. She is a true sweetheart. Thank you for the stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly friendly and proactive, making sure everything was perfect from the start. I felt right at home. The flat is in a great location—just steps away from several public transport stations, beautiful parks, and convenient grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Meeting Paolo at entry was definitely a high point - he’s so informative and you can tell he loves his country (listen to the food recommendations too!) Maria Grazia is one of those people you meet and already know will remain in your heart forever. Romana de Roma welcomes you to her home and makes you feel like a friend, not a guest. Always available, he gives very useful advice for getting around, for special things to see and for traditional foods to taste. Common area for breakfast and any meals to be consumed, very clean and welcoming, impeccable bathroom and room overlooking a private garden where you can also have lunch or dinner in total privacy and sheltered from the heat. In short, everything is perfect, but the real difference is called Maria Grazia!

The apartment was very good located, was clean and was exactly as the pictures in the Airbnb. We loved it, also Riccardo communicated with us all the time, which was very helpful and he also allowed us to arrive earlier and leave late which was amazing from him. We will definitely come back to Rome as there is soo much to do and to see! And we will definitely come back to Ricardo’s place! Thank you!!

Sergio was a very friendly and helpful host. The accommodation is an easy bus ride to the city center and was very clean. Can totally recommend!

We have had 6 wonderful days here in Rome, close to the Vatican and surrounded by restaurants and beautiful buildings and museums. The host was very friendly, gave numerous tips and if we had questions he was always available and accessible

This was my first time renting a room in someone else’s home, and it was a wonderful experience. My main concern was privacy, which was absolutely not an issue at all at Andrea’s home. The apartment has only one entrance, which leads to a living room for the guests to use. At the right, a locked door leads to Andrea’s area. At the left, a hallway covered with a curtain leads to a private bathroom and a private room with private balcony. We met Andrea at check-in, and never saw him again although I think he was there some of the time. The room is super silent, it has an excelent AC system to which guests have a remote control. The shower is great and spacious, the bed is big and acceptable. The room is quipped with a refrigerator and some furniture to settle down. The location is perfect, 4 blocks from the Metro, in a quiet area with many trattorias and cafes. Away from Rome’s center touristic chaos but with all the commodities you need such as groceries, meals and laundry.
