We were 8 days in January 2025, everything Perfect, beautiful place and excellent access to the beach The condominium has security , very quiet and very nice Only missing places of daily shopping nearby, there is only one and it doesn't have much, enough to stock up Few restaurants in the area The dpto is missing some tray for the oven and other cooking utensils Missing Grill (Barbecue) Very good overall

The apartment was as in the photos, it was clean and prepared for us. Alessandro was very clear with all the information, gave us all the attention we needed, instructed us very well for entry and exit and even facilitated a special request of ours. We didn't have any issues, we will definitely be back.

Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! I recommend it with no hesitation. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

They were pleasant days, within the expected and even exceeding expectations.

Alexandre and Tiago were exceptional hosts and went above and beyond from the moment of booking. Alexandre sent through a full walk around video of the apartment, together with a video of the overall resort. It was my friend's first visit to Brasil so this was really exciting to watch! Additionally Alexandre was extremely proactive in advance to ensure that we had smooth access due to our late arrival, and then very kindly messaged to ensure that we were arrived and happy. The apartment was exactly as described with all the amenities required, and excellent provisions in the kitchen including a cool box for us to take to the beach! The views from every window across the ocean were breathtaking and it felt like waking up in paradise! Tiago went above and beyond; providing fresh towels and linens (even though they were not included!) and even borrowed a hairdryer for me when mine broke! I would highly recommend this stay! Thank you both!!

Mr. Nilton is very attentive, the location is great. very close to the center, beaches and more interesting places. the house is very cozy, spacious and very clean. safe neighborhood, highly recommended

We stayed a few days, but were extremely well spent... Everything that Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. All very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, pools - and the ocean is worth SO MUCH... Take a diving mask to see the little fish! We'll be back - and with the family for sure! Thanks for having us and always ready to answer our questions, Marcelo! Ah! We really felt at home... Congratulations!

We loved our stay. We went to an event at the Fasano hotel and the accommodation was a few meters from the hotel. The host was helpful and accessible. I highly recommend it!

We spent the holiday as a family in this wonderful apartment in Mangaratiba and it was an excellent experience! The penthouse is great, with a barbecue, well ventilated and has a spectacular view facing the sea - waking up with that landscape is priceless. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the structure is complete, with all the necessary kitchen utensils for those who want to prepare meals on site. The condominium's outdoor area is perfect for relaxing. We will definitely be back at another time. We highly recommend it!

It was amazing and magical. I recommend to everyone the apartment and the host is extremely polite and respond quickly. Great apartment and met all my expectations. Only negative point, there is a lot of light drop, but the one that stayed the longest was 30min, it soon returned. Outside this I have nothing to complain about. Congratulations

Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Gabrielly is an excellent host. The apartment corresponds to the description and the pictures. The condominium, the club pools and the beach are great. I highly recommend it!

It was great, Jailson always ready to answer us and meet, very helpful. We had a problem that was resolved quickly, as far as possible. The apartment has all the necessary utensils, a beautiful view and is close to the beach. 3 min walk (remembering that it is hill). The condominium is great, but it is good to warn that it is all on slopes. Comfortable mattresses and good showers. We intend to return and recommend!
