This is the perfect accommodation in the perfect location. Very close to the centre and easy to drive to the tennis club. Could not ask for a better place

2 night stay at Emmanuel's place in Angouleme on the road to Cognac. A comfortable and spacious apartment feeling like being at home for our small group of 8 people with a large terrace that we unfortunately could not enjoy. A possible free parking nearby. Emmanuel was an accommodating host with our arrival and departure times.

A big thank you to Annie for her kindness, professionalism, availability! The accommodation is very well located, right in the Gallo-Roman center, comfortable and parking is easy. We had a lovely stay there and will be happy to come back to Annie's!

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the flexibility, the comfort, the location, the calm, the responsiveness and the kindness of the hosts. We had a wonderful weekend of reunion. We felt at home. I would highly recommend it

I stayed at Olivia's for 4 months during an internship. It was truly lovely, she is a great host and always helpful if you need her. The garden was a wonderful addition as well. I really recommend this accomodation!

Marjorie and Milo's house is perfect. Very pleasant with its small quiet garden, very well equipped, easy to access and close to the services of the city center. Communication with Marjorie is very easy, which makes the arrival very pleasant.

The house was excellent, superb views, very clean and had all the amenities we needed, even providing a welcoming pack of wine bread butter cheese and water, such a lovely touch. Kate was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the property, explaining everything, she was very friendly and welcoming, she gave us some great recommendations and was always available to answer any questions we had, she was fantastic. All in all a fabulous stay in Jonzac.

Nice little Charentaise house furnished and tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Ideal location in a quiet area but close to the city center. Our host Cédric was very considerate. Only drawback: the master bedroom does not have a blind or blackout curtain, a problem that should be easy to solve.

Very pleasant stay in this loft during our weekend. The floor is a little low ceiling, and the bedrooms and kitchen do not have windows, but that doesn't bother us. We will keep a good memory of this stay.

Our stay with two small children went very well. Very convenient to have all the equipment available (folding bed, high chair and even stroller). Small welcome gift, and well-equipped accommodation (shower gel, paper towels, etc.). Lots of attention that greatly facilitates the stay. For parking, we managed to manage with the parking lot right next door.

We had a good week's stay at Pauline's. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed although side by side, the bedding is very comfortable. Accommodation is nice! Some minor problems (broken shower head, lack of garbage bags) but which are not disabling for the stay. Good value for money, also in terms of location which is located in a quiet street, easy to access by car. We would recommend this listing.

My partner and I stayed at Corinne's home for a wedding in a nearby chateau, and had a wonderful time! Check-in was very straightforward and in-person. The home was very nice - cool in the summer heat, had all the amenities we needed, and had a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Aubeterre area!

Short stay but perfect. The accommodation keeps all its promises, quiet. Parking in front of the house, warm, clean and comfortable house with all the necessary amenities. A nice little garden completes the whole. Thank you very much 😊

We had a lovely stay in a town we have driven by many times. The house was ideally situated to walk into town and the cherry on the top was the secluded and peaceful garden to relax in after cycling through many pretty villages using the cycle routes. Walking into town on market days - Saturdays and Wednesdays - is a must. It’s also within an easy drive of the coast and we were able to revisit towns of Saintes and St Palais sur Mer. Our stay at Audrey's was very nice indeed. She made us feel welcome and her father was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and drop us back there the day we left. It was a great place to stay

My friends and I were delighted with the accommodation in every way. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped with appliances and kitchen or service accessories, we can only congratulate ourselves on our choice.

We stayed for a couple of nights. Was just as it appeared on the photos, clean warm and so cute. Melanie was there to meet us . Free parking just a few yards away. Only wish the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the beautiful garden that leads to the river. Very close to the town center, easily walkable. Would recommend the fish and chip shop opposite. Happy to recommend and would stay again. Thanks
