Holiday rentals with breakfast in Anghiari

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

We loved our one night stay here. Riccardo was a great host! A perfect place to stay with everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable and so quiet. A fantastic small town to visit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Apartment was centrally located in the town. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises through bedroom window. Very responsive hosts, especially with getting to the apartment from the train station (no Uber or taxi services when we arrived, so my advice is to get off at the previous stop if coming from Florence or make advance taxi arrangements). The hosts were very helpful and called their go-to cab driver. Beautiful with town and can’t wait to return!

Absolutely perfect setting for our honeymoon! Anna was kind and extremely helpful. She even picked us up from the train station when we couldn't get a taxi and set up a taxi for us when we left. She answered all of questions immediately upon text. You couldn't find a better host.The view from the apartment was amazing! The apartment was so homey that we did not want to leave. We would recommend to everyone! We have been in four places and cities so far on our trip and Casa Ricci and Anna were the best experience we've had!

Here's a possible review: Perfect apartment for our family with two young children. The central location and impeccable cleanliness made our stay really pleasant during the Befana event. The house is well organized and equipped with everything you need. If we were to go back to the area, we would definitely choose it again!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I'll keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

the apartment is conveniently located for walking between shops and outdoor activities. Clean place,minimal but not everything you need. Chiara is super responsive and responsive . We had a really good time at 360 degrees

The stay with Valentina was absolutely wonderful. The place is incredibly beautiful, surrounded by nature and filled with a peaceful energy. We felt truly welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. The meals were homemade with love and full of flavor, adding a special touch to the whole experience. This property is a Tuscan heaven. The location is perfect for day trips out around the Siena region but so peaceful and quiet. Serena was incredible and runs the place so well. On top of all she does managing the property and its guests, she also cooks a delicious dinner! The breakfasts were huge and very tasty. We wanted for nothing. The pool is gorgeous and clean. What I really appreciated were all the places on the property where you could get away and enjoy the scenery, read, or nap in privacy. The room was very comfortable with amazing views, a comfortable bed, and AC that worked super well. I loved the character of the place - the farm dogs and cat, the donkeys and horse coming up in the evening, Serena’s husband’s art all over the property. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Next time!

Great experience. The room is really nice, equipped with everything you need and above all... very clean. Rosy was an exceptional host and provided precise directions on house rules and location. The property is just outside the historic center of Arezzo and in a strategic location for visiting Florence and Siena. Super recommended.

Staying with Matteo and his family was such a pleasure. Don’t miss out on dinner, Matteo is a fantastic cook and the view from the terrace is unbeatable. I took a beautiful hike straight from the house, and they were super flexible about picking me up from the train station. It was the perfect oasis after the bustle of Firenze. Thanks for everything! I have to say, this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Patrizia’s house is quiet, cozy, and charming, far beyond my expectations. Guests stay in a private villa with a large grassy area, perfect for our dog to run and play. Every morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast for us, using fresh ingredients straight from their garden. So natural and so tasty! We stayed for four nights, but it still didn’t feel like enough. The whole place felt like home, the lovely scent, the comfortable bed, the garden, the animals, and the short walk to Cortona town… The house can be a bit difficult to find on the map, but don’t worry, Patrizia will kindly meet you at the parking area. What truly touched me was that she even remembered my dog’s name and called him when they first met. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who truly loves nature, peace, and a warm, authentic experience.
