Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La vue sur la campagne toscane depuis la piscine est fantastique ! Nous avons pu visiter la région. Tout était conforme et même supérieur à nos attentes

Marco è un host unico, ma soprattutto una persona stupenda! Fin dal momento della prenotazione è stato molto amichevole ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Il giorno del check in ci ha accolti personalmente e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno, accogliendoci con dei biscottini. L’appartamento è proprio in centro Anghiari, che più centro di così non si può! Comodissimo da raggiungere dal parcheggio gratuito che porta con l’ascensore fin sopra il borgo. Da lì una manciata di passi a piedi e si è proprio di fronte l’appartamento di Marco. L’alleggio è molto accogliente, spazioso e ha tutto il necessario, anzi molto di più (persino smart tv e PlayStation). Inoltre, menzione d’onore al letto matrimoniale: è super comodo e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Se venite ad Anghiari, scegliete Marco e vi assicuro che non ve ne pentirete. Qualità/Prezzo di questo tipo in centro storico non se ne trovano! Un abbraccio e alla prossima!!

The perfect place to explore Chianti each day. We stayed 5 nights and it was just perfect. Great amenities, beautiful pool, bbqs and lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views and the sunset. Always fabulous to come home to. Our upstairs apartment was spacious, comfortable and all we required with a lovely view. We had great recommendations from Silvia which we followed up on. Great to have restaurants nearby. Reasonable- highly recommend.

Erica est une hôte formidable aux petits soins avec ses clients. Elle pense à tout et l'appartement ne manque de rien jusqu'à l'excellent gâteau de bienvenue. La climatisation a été très appréciée en ces journées de forte chaleur même si l'appartement situé dans une maison aux murs en vieilles pierres garde toujours une certaine fraîcheur. L'appartement est central et bien situé avec une belle vue sur la Val Tiberina. Attention toutefois si vous êtes accompagné de personnes âgées, il y a une petite côte très raide en sortant de l'appartement.

Luca e la sua famiglia sono stati disponibili e presenti quando necessario. Check-in e comunicazione eccellenti, facili e veloci. Tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione ma dal vivo, l'esterno della struttura e il panorama circostante soprattutto in questo periodo, sono da togliere il fiato. Zona fuori dai rumori del paese ma assolutamente comodo ed agevole da raggiungere e comodo per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissimo.

This place is a quiet, sizeable gem! The house itself was large for 2 people. The terrace overlooking the property was just lovely. Having dinner and breakfast there was so special. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals. Lucia treated the kitchen with her fresh olive oil. The bed was comfortable and windows provided shade from the Tuscan sun for complete darkness granting great nights sleep. The history behind the place is also worth asking about! Overall really with our stay. It truly felt like a sweet, welcoming Tuscan home.

The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

La casa di Martina è una vera chicca, molto spaziosa e arredata con gusto, molto accogliente c'era tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una bella vacanza, inoltre i nostri cani hanno potuto godere di un grande giardino Martina e la sua famiglia sono stati velocissimi a rispondere per qualsiasi domanda e molto cordiali La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma si raggiungono facilmente città e dintorni Una bellissima esperienza!

Casa pulita e dotata di tutte le comodità. In ottima posizione per vivere la città. Parcheggio gratuito a poca distanza. Stefania è stata un host accogliente e sempre disponibile. Bella la città di Sansepolcro ed in ottima posizione per visitare diversi paesi dei dintorni.

Our hosts helped us make the most of our time in Arezzo, offering instructions on how to enjoy the local festivities on a special weekend and making excellent restaurant recommendations. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and the air conditioning and comfortable beds were a welcome respite.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Schönes, neues und geräumiges Bad. Insgesamt ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Gutes Bett. Es gibt eine schöne, grosse, private Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Tisch und Stühlen. Wir waren zwar nur einen Nachmittag und eine Nacht hier aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt ist perfekt. 10 min zu Fuss von einem günstige Parkhaus und die sehenswerte Altstadt beginnt direkt vor der Haustüre… Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Tutto perfetto. La posizione dell'appartamento è magnifica: immerso nel verde, offre una vista rilassante sulle colline circostanti. Allo stesso tempo è in una posizione strategica per chi desidera visitare i borghi storici del Valdarno e del Chianti. L’appartamento è curato, luminoso e pulito. Paola e la sua famiglia sono padroni di casa molto gentili e sempre disponibili a offrire consigli su attività e luoghi da visitare nella zona. Consigliatissimo!

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.
