Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Angels Camp

Fantastic house in a beautiful rural setting! The house is spotless and spacious. Well-appointed kitchen and pantry. First Airbnb we’ve stayed in that actually has storage containers for leftover food! Plenty of paper products, bath supplies and towels. Comfortable sun room and covered porch for relaxing. Hosts are very responsive! The setting is beautiful - very rural. It was fun to cook at home and relax at the house. Strong WiFi. The towns of Murphys (shops, pubs, eateries) and Arnold (Big Trees State Park is beautiful!) are each a 40 minute drive. Would definitely return to this beautiful home!

We're not sure what we loved the most...but we loved absolutely everything about Erin and Jennifer's home! It's pristine, beautifully and uniquely decorated (I want to live in it!), in a quiet, ideal location, walkable to quaint downtown Murphy's. Erin and Jennifer respond within mere minutes to every question, but we didn't have many, because their communication and instructions are so thorough. The backyard is designed as a private oasis, and if we weren't so busy at our Little House on the Prairie event, we would have spent every minute there!! It's AMAZING!! THANK YOU Erin and Jennifer for being such a incredible hosts. Your home is THE BEST home we have ever rented. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at Kristin's place. We brought our wakeboard/ ski boat and the neighbors next door moved their car for us so we could park it in the driveway, so nice!! Quiet location, very clean, having air conditioning was a plus, it was very hot that weekend, and being able to walk to the downtown was great. We will for sure book her place again!! Thanks, Nicki

I absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and clean and I just kept going from room to room looking at all the cool stuff and finding something new every time. The yard was so peaceful and private and relaxing too! I can't say enough about this little house except... I'll be back!!

We had an amazing stay at Yvette's place! The house was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Yvette was also a fantastic host, always quick to respond and accommodating. We would definitely recommend their place and stay again.

We loved everything about the house. The location, decor, layout… I like the extra details Melissa considered for her guests. The Scentsy and melts, diffuser, great variety of kitchen items, surplus of bed linens and towels, plenty of hangers, the funky decor, hot tub, and books and puzzles. Onsite laundry was great. She paid attention to what a guest may want or need. Although we didn’t use them, there were children’s items, and many additional options to sleep. And the chickens, of course! Having fresh eggs was a huge plus. The girls were quite entertaining as well! Melissa was very attentive to any issues and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Excellent option for location and outside amenities like the hot tub, gas fire pit, ping pong table, etc. Has one parking spot in the main driveway, as well as parking space behind a gait for 2-3 vehicles (2 fit easy, 3 is doable but may be a squeeze). (Super awesome to have vehicles parked behind gated area.)

We spent a few nights at this super house with our family. Felt right at home. One of our favorite rentals. Beautiful surroundings. Great hiking and biking trails. Brad was super kind and responsive. Very impressed with everything and would absolutely return. Cool vibe and gold rush towns around the area too. High recommend.

Very comfortable and quiet property. We booked this property giving Kevin and Teresa only an hour’s notice. They were very pleasant and made sure everything was set for us. Kevin met us and showed us around. The apartment was very warm and cozy. We would highly recommend!!

Very affordable place to stay compared to other bnbs nearby. Not a “cabin” but still had the homey cabin feel. Kitchen and fridge were stocked a little bit. Grocery store nearby. Very easy and flexible check in. Laurie who takes care of the rental for Robert was very nice and friendly and helpful. If you have kids there is a little selection of toys and also a little selection of dvds. Walking distance to the golf course across the street. Overall a very good experience. Would 100% stay there again.

This is a lovely space, very roomy, clean and convenient. The view from the kitchen is beautiful and it is a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. I booked it to explore Yosemite, which is about an hour and 15min or so to the entrance. It’s a beautiful drive, and there is also so much to explore in Sonora, Columbia, and Jamestown. The Gold Rush history of this area is fascinating to me, and this is a perfect basecamp for nature hikes and historical sightseeing. Michele is super helpful, responsive, and gave me excellent suggestions of things to do and even an ideal itinerary for my four days there. Highly recommend.

We came for a getaway from the San Francisco Bay Area to be in the mountains for Memorial Day Weekend - we had a wonderful stay in the Hilltop apartment surrounded by forest - so relaxing to be close to nature! Thank you Raman!

Can’t say enough about our weekend stay at Shaun and Holly’s! They are fabulous hosts and made sure we had everything necessary for a relaxing, fun time. They even had special treats awaiting us since it was our anniversary. Over the top in every way! We will most definitely go back to this little piece of heaven in Sutter Creek!

This little house was perfect! I stayed here for the weekend because my Daughter was getting married close by. It was the perfect place to get some much needed rest after spending a couple of long days getting everything ready. Melissa was great at communicating and gave clear info on checking in and out. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a lovely time at the cabin. S’mores were a nice touch for around the fire pit and we enjoyed the hot tub very much. Loft area was great for the family. Convenient to Yosemite. Wish we had more time to explore the lake!

The cutest little air bnb!! I have decided we’ll be back every memorial weekend because we loved the house and the town so so much. So no one book it that weekend please and thank you 😂🙏🏻 Hosts are phenomenal and overall experience was top notch. Couldn’t recommend more.

Creating memories with adult children who are living their own lives can be hard to schedule. We found the perfect opportunity for a quick weekend getaway hosted by Leif. What we thought we were getting was a house big enough to host our group. What we got, was so much more! As soon as you walk into the space, you realize that the pictures you saw on the posting do not do justice to the real thing. You’re transported into another era where life slows down and you realize the simplest of things are the really important things: like family. My children especially enjoyed the opportunity to meet Leif’s animals and feed them rinds and banana peels. Peanut was the star of the show ( if you know, you know). Thank you, Leif, for a beautiful weekend that provided a much needed respite, but offered so much more than we were expecting. We can’t wait to come back and make this a family tradition though next time we will stay longer and be more prepared with our animal food supplies : )

The house was great and I'd recommend it to people looking for a jumping off point for Yosemite. Super comfy beds, great deck, enjoyable hot tub, beautiful location. Lots to love and we had a great time. A note for potential guests: The community (the Pine Mountain Lake Association) that the house is located within is currently experiencing heavy road work from 4/30/25-7/2/25. We had to wait 20+ mins to get into the neighborhood each time we came back, which was annoying to say the least. Not the fault of the airbnb host, but just FYI on expectations.

Valerie's place was wonderful. It's in a beautiful and peaceful location. Valerie provided alot of helpful details about the home, the location and things to do. It was so helpful. She checked in with us, the day after we checked in, just to make sure we were doing well. The home is stocked with everything you might need, even things you didn't know you would need. Our trip was a mother/son trip to celebrate my son's high school graduation. Valerie even left a bouquet of balloons for my son to congratulate him on his graduation. Such a thoughtful gesture. We had such a great time staying at this cabin in Mi-Wuk Village! It was super cozy and clean, and the location was perfect—right in the middle of the trees, so it felt really peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were really nice and helpful, and everything was easy to find and use. The cabin had everything we needed comfy beds, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a fireplace that made the place feel extra homey. We loved sitting out on the deck in the morning with our coffee, just listening to nature. It’s also really close to Pinecrest Lake and some great hiking spots, which was perfect for us. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a chill getaway in the mountains. We already want to come back!

We loved staying at Sharon’s cabin! What a beautiful location. And the private lake and playground next to it was a lovely place to relax. The cabin was also perfect for our little ones, complete with indoor toys and swings and a slide in the backyard. It was just as described and Sharon was super responsive and helpful. We’ve already talked about going back!

This cabin was a great place to stay and unwind. The highlight for us was the hot tub which we used through out our stay and access to the private lake. The cabin was situated in a quiet area where we woke up every morning to birds chirping and the warm sun. Great amenities! Only downside was the yard had not been mowed and we could not use the fire pit at night. Other than that Will was a great host who was quick to answer questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Definitely will come back again
