For those looking for a paradise away from the chaos of the city, this little corner surprised us a lot. Very well equipped and clean, we had a very fun weekend in the various leisure areas available. Whenever it was necessary to communicate with the person in charge, I received a response in 5 or 10 minutes. 5 stars. I recommend

We stayed for a week in June The accommodation is 5* Equipped with everything you would need in a self cater home Bed linen & towels were of a good quality A short walk to restaurants & bars Gigi responded promptly with any questions we had. We hope to return in the future.

Orlando and his wife Armanda are super hosts. They are very friendly and communicative. Their place is very peaceful and lovely. They have allowed us to pick up fresh oranges and eggs . We have loved our stay in their place. We just wish the weather was more warmer so we could use a pool more ☀️

Ana is a wonderful host, she met us at the property and showed us around, she have us lots of helpful hints and tips about the locality. I had a couple of questions during our stay and she responded within minutes, offering to come over if required. The house was spacious and very clean. Everything you could want was provided which was excellent because we didn't have to go out immediately to buy anything. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, a wide range of spices, olive oil, etc etc. There was body wash in the bathrooms and towels were provided for the hot tub too. The location is perfect, so close to town and to plenty of shops bars cafes and restaurants. This was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience and we would happily return. Thanks Ana, much appreciated

We were very comfortable in the accommodation, it had all the amenities and the village was very quiet and beautiful.

This is a remarkable residence if you value space, peace and comfort in a beautiful aesthetic. The best of all was the large terrace that has the benefit of sunrise and sunset. Pack your bags, you'll love it and Tavira is always a treat yo visit. Just dont tell anyone else!!

Having been to Tavira before I knew exactly where the house was situated. I needed accommodation for my brother and I plus our father and his companion, both mid eighties. The location was absolutely perfect being right in the centre of town and with its lovely balconies offering an outside space perfect for “people watching “ to keep the interest for the older generation. Plenty of bars, restaurants, patisserie’s and shops all a nearby level walk. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms a nice size and whilst it would be difficult for a disabled person with the internal steps it was fine for our 87 year olds. One flight up to the living area which also has a shower room and one more to the next level with two bedrooms with a shared balcony and then another to the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend and return. Many Thanks

The location was easy to find and it was a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. The host, Rossimery, was very responsive. Our flight arrived later than expected and she was there to greet us even though it was close to 11pm at night. She was very understanding about the late arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the views are great! The location was also amazing, just a short 5 minute walk to the restaurants, bars and shopping. We would stay here again.

I booked this villa for a group of 15 of us and I am so glad I did it was absolutely perfect. Carmen is a really wonderful host she went above and beyond to answer all my requests for local recommendations and was always super speedy in her response. It was really easy to get to the villa from faro airport and Ubers are easy to find. A member of our group had a car so we were able to drive to the nearest supermarket as this isn’t walkable but they have uber eats in the area or you could order a taxi to the supermarket it’s not too far. The villa is even nicer than the pictures. The gardens are lovely and the terrace and pool are really gorgeous. We had the pool heated and it was a perfect temperature. Carmen also had many Lilos etc which were great. Inside the house all the bedrooms are en suite and have aircon. The kitchen has everything you could need and there’s even a second fridge in the dining room. I would recommend this villa to anyone looking to travel as a group to this area.

If the Sierra de Huelva is already beautiful in itself, the Fuenteheridos-Alájar-Linares de la Sierra triangle is the "crème de la crème". Well, the accommodation is in the center of this triangle, in the middle of the forest (although just 4 km from Alájar and 5 km from Linares). The "disadvantage" of being in the middle of a natural area is that barbecues cannot be held due to the risk of fire. The house is charming on the outside and extremely comfortable inside. EXTREME CLEANING and complete kitchenware. Some Chippendale replica furniture as a nod to the owner's British roots. The outdoor terrace area is ideal for eating while contemplating the forest. We made a last-minute reservation and they didn't have time to fix a malfunction in the pellet fireplace. Although we understood, they gave us a simple gift that we thought was a great touch. However, the radiator heating in the house made it extremely comfortable. Hiking trails right at the doorstep. Great host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Brilliant stay at Denise’s place, you need a car but it’s close to tavira and other small towns and not too far from central Algarve. We stayed for a night and enjoyed a lovely drink on the terrace probably one of the nicest views and drinks of our trip The room was cool even though it was hot outside and clean with all the things we needed Lovely place

Gorgeous flat with an amazing location. Angela's recommendations for food was spot on too. The rooftop terrace was so picturesque and it's rare that I sleep comfortably in an Airbnb but the mattress was perfect. My partner and I said we'd definitely come back, and it was great for a family with a baby too

Very nice accommodation, inconspicuous from the outside, but very well equipped, clean and spacious. We spent a relaxing short vacation there. The apartment is easy to find, flexible check-in. Dani informs about everything very well and very quickly. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. The location is ideal for excursions to Seville or to the very nearby Italica. Santiponce itself also offers some nice bars, cafes and restaurants.

We had a wonderful week stay at Casa Margarida. The house is beautiful, over several levels with terraces and balconies and a wonderful roof terrace for eating and sunbathing. It is decorated really nicely and has a lovely shower and separate toilet too. The kitchen is well equipped as well as other cooking ingredients there and a delicious pastel de nata on arrival! It is easy to walk into Olhao and wander around the delightful town with it's fantastic restaurants and there is a lovely coffee shop nearby called Cafe Tinto, selling amazing coffee and sandwiches. The choice of where to eat is vast and all of it delicious and amazing fresh fish! Also is easy to hop on the ferry across to the gorgeous island beaches. A great holiday and we would love to return! Our stay was so nice! We had a great Easter week with family, the pool when the sun is out is amazing and the location is stunning, private and tucked away in rolling hills with amazing views. It’s a stunning villa, plenty of places to relax and read, easy to have lots of people here and still have privacy - feels like home. Maria was very helpful, always responsive and welcoming. She provided some great local recommendations including restaurants and day trips. Highly recommend! Beautiful part of the world and amazing host and villa.

Lex and Robert made us feel very welcome, everything was exactly as their listing. Situated in a great place away from the city leaving many options to explore the SW corner of the country. Highly recommended.

The space is beautiful and looks very well cared for. They allowed us to arrive a little earlier and the communication was very efficient.

The Villa is clearly amazing, the garden is impeccable, the bed linen clean, the house is very well equipped and well furnished (wall vacuum cleaner, radio, equipped kitchen) the only and really the only small concern is the comfort of the mattresses which in our opinion was not at the level of the villa. really great communication from start to finish. Accommodation very clean and walkable to Moura which is a beautiful town. Also close to the river beaches which was recommended by Joaquim and I would also recommend. Also, special mention to Joaquim and his wife for coming to our aid when we got a flat tyre as we left the town. They immediately reassured us with kind words and called someone to come to assist us at the side of the road. They helped us despite being out of the town and on holiday themselves!! Cannot thank them enough. So kind and helpful people. Very organised and have good instructions and recommendations of the area, thanks again

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! We couldn't believe how beautiful this place is. House, garden, pool, the view over the mountains and the quiteness where absolut fantastic. 25 minutes by car to Faro beach just by to the airport. We would definitely come back. Our little kids loved the place as well.
