As you transition into area come relax by Carver’s Creek State Park next door to an 80-acre tree farm just outside town. Minutes away from town yet quiet, charming and peaceful. Great location! Only 10min from Ft Bragg Honeycutt entrance, shopping areas and many restaurants. 20min from Cape Fear Hospital. House is right off highway yet trees give privacy from road! Front porch view is peaceful. We cater to families as well as vacationers.

I had a wonderful stay at Gary & Shawna’s place! It was very neat, peaceful, and quiet — perfect for relaxing. It was easy to find, and the drive there was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by scenic farms and open countryside. The hosts were very welcoming and kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse in Sanford, NC. We especially loved the 70's theme, the board games, the view, & the comfortable beds. There were plenty of towels provided for our family as well as other everyday amenities. Robert was extrememly prompt with messages & answers to questions. We loved it!

this room is located upstairs next to the bathroom. there are, I think, two other guests that share the bathroom. I am a light sleeper and I was never bothered by bathroom use or any other noises from other guests. the room is nice and cozy with a comfy bed. there is a kitchen and small fridge to store items. you can smoke outback or on front patio. parking is across the street on a patch of gras. the house is tucked towards the back of a very large neighborhood, several turns to get there but it was about 15 drive to Cape Fear Hospital. overall great stay!
