We had a great time in this well-located place close to everything and which fully matches the description. Very well maintained exterior with its pleasant pool. Jean-Pierre is welcoming and discreet, I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Very well located accommodation in a very quiet neighborhood of Arcachon and less than 5 minutes walk from the heart of the city. Excellent remote support from the host, very responsive. Photo supports and very clear instructions for access and departure in total autonomy. We highly recommend.

Adored the property and the attention to every detail..its extremely comfortable both inside and out. The area is extremely peaceful and a lovely walk across the park (with lift) to reach town centre/beach and ferry for Cap Ferret. Plenty of local restaurants and lovely daily market to buy fresh food. Parc ornithologique is a lovely area to visit and Dunes are astonishing..despite being busy every day there was plenty of relaxation. Merci beaucoup.

Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret cabin. The location is ideal 2 steps from shops and feet in the sand, the sunrises are magical! The house is very cozy and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

A small haven of peace, in which we travel well beyond Biscarosse. What we enjoyed the most is its location, conveniently located by the beach, and everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed this stay in this lovely cocoon, so well decorated and perfectly arranged. Beautiful energy reigns in this apartment, which we find at Ninette, who is a very beautiful person, very accommodating, who responds quickly to messages, and who has left us beautiful recommendations about Biscarosse and its surroundings. We also really appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation, the fact that the beds are ready when we arrive, and that everything necessary is available (bath towels, shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine products, coffee, spices...) which is very rare, but so much appreciated when you only stay a few days. Everything is done to make us feel good, and we thank Ninette for this stay which was very refreshing.

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful place. Very tastefully decorated and a lovely feel, with open kitchen and private patio, just birds and sky, no view into neighboring homes. Super comfortable bed and sofa. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach on one side or the bay on the other and also oysters and restaurants and a supermarket all very near by. Or one can rent bikes to explore, a rental spot 10 minutes from the apartment. Jean was a great host, easy to reach and very considerate. We didn't want to leave and can’t wait to return!

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very clean, functional and well located just a 5-minute walk from the port of Arcachon. Everything was ready for our arrival and we were welcomed with specialties from the region. Sylvie is very welcoming, responsive and available. Sylvie gave us very good advice for places to visit and the discovery of bike paths. We will return to his apartment with great pleasure.
