New 40 m^2 cottage perfect for 2–4 people. Comfortable, spacious and modern, ideal for being comfortable in summer and winter. Independent of my house and not attached. Intimate terrace for sharing meals, aperitifs... The cottage is located close to the port, beach, shops, forest and bike path. The location is ideal for getting around the bay as it is equidistant between Arcachon, Cap Ferret and Bordeaux. Free parking is located in front of the motorized gate of the accommodation.
