Yulia was a great host, everytime I contacted her she replied so quickly and was super helpful. The flat was so so clean, which I loved as I am slightly OCD. The only thing missing was some hand towels in the kitchen, otherwise it is a great little flat. The location was great as it is only a short walk to Bang Tao (15-20mins) Beach and there is also a FREE shuttle which took you as well (3-4 mins). The swimming pool was clean and the water was so warm. We went the week of half term so there were alot of families with young children, so if you want some peace it is best to get to the pool early before 9.30am for a swim. The location was perfect and had shops, restaurants, shopping and everything else you need right at your doorstep. The area is super chill and very family orientated. We would defo stay here again. We also loved that it had a washing machine to wash our clothes and downstairs there were more communal ones with dryers as well. 24hr security so felt super safe too.

Wir haben einen Monat in der tollen Unterkunft von Mai und Kurt verbracht. Die ganze Wohnung ist einfach nur traumhaft: Paradies auf Erden, schöner geht nicht. Das offene Konzept und die fantastische Aussicht sind einmalig. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen. Kurt war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns schon zur Begrüssung mit feinen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Er ist rundum ein toller Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

В квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Окна выходят во внутренний двор, поэтому никто не будет смотреть вам в окно. В комплексе есть бассейн на крыше. Там вы можете встретить закат или поплавать. Здание находиться всех выше. Поэтому у вас будет отличный обзор на Пхукет. Также в комплексе есть тренажерный зал со всем необходимым инвентарем. Отдельное помещение для работы, которое называется библиотека. Так как здание в котором квартира, находится на самом вверху, то удобней всего будет если у вас будет скутер или авто. Транспорт можно припарковать на многоуровневой парковке. Недалеко от жилья находится мечеть. Служба начинается около 5 утра. Слышно молитву, но меня это не смущало. Так как я крепко сплю. Рекомендую эту квартиру !

Desde que entre al Apartmento me senti como en casa, es pequeño pero es tan lindo y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar tus vacaciones ya que esta muy bien equipado, y esta en una zona que me encantó porque esta cerca del aeropuerto y tienes la playa a pocos minutos caminando, talves no sea la playa mas paradisiaca de Thailandia pero es excelente para familias o incluso para parejas y creeme que no vas a olvidar los atardeceres que puedes tener alli mientras disfrutas de comida local. tambien tienes muchas opciones de restaurantes alrededor sin duda lo recomiendo y seguramente volvere a hospedarme aqui cuando regrese a Phuket.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

Amazing place to stay with kids! The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family-friendly stay. The host was very responsive and made sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Aufenthalt Mitte März. Flug mit Etihad, da auf dem Rückflug 2 kostenlose Übernachtungen in Abu Dhabi enthalten sind. (zu empfehlen, da Zwischenaufenthalt sehr lange). Tranfers über den Vermieter gebucht (2.800 THB), darin enthalten: Taxi zum Pier, Fähre, Taxi Unterkunft), absolut perfekt organisiert. Anlage besteht aus je 10 Villen in 3 Reihen (A,B,C), wobei die Nr. 1 jeweils in der Nähe des Restaurants bzw. Strand liegen. Villa entsprach der Beschreibung, allerdings sind nur 2 Steckeranschlüsse für 5 Elektrogeräte in der Küche zu wenig. Falls man selber kochen will, ist so ziemlich alles vorhanden. Kleiner Umluftofen zus. vorhanden. Strom 11THB kw/h. (2 Wochen 1500 THB) Tägl. Reinigung 200 THB. Kfz Transport innerhalb der Insel sehr teuer (egal wohin 2.400 THB), Leihwagen (nur auf dem Festland zu mieten) darf man nicht mit der Fähre benutzen. Roller 1.200 THB/Tag. Restaurant ok. Preise ab 300 THB i.O. Fazit: Vermieter für alles ansprechbar, insg. sehr positiv, wenn man relaxen will.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Elle was a fantastic host and the place was spotless with a wonderful.Japanese vibe! Super convenient for walking to the lake and nai harn beach.I'd definitley book again!

What an amazing experience at Daniel’s place. He is very friendly and responds immediately. The apartment is very clean and private, even better than the pictures. Close to restaurants and easy to get around. Daniel gave great recommendations and was available for questions throughout our stay. We felt right at home. We highly recommend Daniel’s place. Had a great stay at Lucinda's place. Both Lucinda and Phum were very helpful and the apartment is as described. The location is great - it is quiet and still very close to the peak tourist spots when you want to access those. The resorts amenities are well mantained and restaurant is a pretty good choice when you don't want to venture out. Lucinda's guidebook with the instructions and reccomendations was very helpful. The massage place she reccomended is easily one of the best massages in town and very well priced! Phum was always there whenever we needed anything and provides great scooter rentals as well. Would gladly stay here again. Thanks Lucinda and Phum!
