10/10 - Malinis yung banyo. Mabango at Malamig ang Kwarto. (my fave is May Fridge na sa loob ng room and, Free Coffee and water....) 10/10 - Good Private Resort with Wide Parking. 10/10 - Instragamable View. 10/10- Outdoor Dine in area/ Cooking Area. (CLAYGO) which is nice, Makikita mong disiplinado yung Mga staff dahil di nila Tinotolerate yung mga Bisita na makalat. 10/10- Merong Access sa Beach. As in Ilang steps lang nasa Beach kana. 10/10- Merong menu If gusto mong Food/Drinks. Overall 10/10 (yung tubig pala sa banyo is maalat din hahaha galing yata ng dagat di naman nakasagabal sa stay namin super happy kami.) Thank you Nikki sa walang sawang pag response sa mga katanungan and demand nang aking mga anak and mister kaya kahit hanggang 10pm lang ang reception ay Nagrereply ka parin sakin dito sa Airbnb kahit pwede namang lumabas kami sa room and magtanong sa mga staff. sa wakas, Nafeel din namin sa Beach Resort ang totoong Warm and Cozy Nature Feeling. 🥺

I booked this Airbnb to accommodate myself and about 15 of my family members and family friends for a short weekend getaway. Everything was absolutely wonderful and I wish our stay was a little longer. When we arrived, the host was there to greet us and gave us a quick tour of the property. It was so beautiful, spacious, and so amazing to have our own gorgeous private beach. I stayed in one of the queen sized private rooms and the bed was very comfy. I was quite please with everything in the room. My only con is that the pressure of the shower head was a bit uncomfortable because the jets were very tiny and strong so it would sting. That is my only complaint but thankfully it was just the last day. If we did have a concern, there were 2 very sweet young ladies on the property to help us if we needed anything. They, including the host, were very accommodating throughout our stay. I would absolutely book this property again. Such and amazing stay.

Worth the price though we had last minute booking. We really felt at home with the warm welcome. The complimentary breakfast were delicious. Definitely we will come back and recommend the place to our friends and relatives.

Our second time here - had a peaceful and restful time as before. Looking forward to the new amenities that are upcoming, especially the pool. Will come back. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

nanay is very accommodating and responsive to our needs and requests. they are very friendly. Nanay recommended places to visit and how to get there. We had a great time in our stay at Jjams.

It was a great experience. The place was very quite and beautiful and the staff was very helpful and they will help you of what you need especially with the Island Hopping tour. Will probably coming back together with my family.Highly recommended

Had a great birthday celebration here last May 20-22, 2023. I would say that the host (Mom and Daughter) is very accommodating and will response to all of you need and inquiries. Our proof to this is we are an indecisive group but they still manage to discuss and accomodate us despite of our shot comings.

It was a great experience and Ms Aisle Grace is a great host, including the Bueno family! I highly recommend this place and looking forward to stay again in the near future ❤️

This is by far one of the best airbnb that we got to check in. Super private like we rented the whole hotel for ourselves when we were there Weekdays-Friday). Just couple of steps from the hotel to the beach. You get to see the 1 (one) Island from the 100 islands. Clean room and the complimentary wine and flowers for our honeymoon was very heart melting. Bathroom was clean as well, and they provided the best service beyond our expectations. Not to mention the super sarap na breakfast 🤭 This place is a reco and would love to visit again and again and again 🥰

My family and I loved our stay here! It’s squeaky clean!! My kinds loved the pool as well. The size & depth of the pool is just right for my 2 yr old and 8 yr old. We love the ambiance as well, as our goal was to relax and be taken away from the busyness of metro manila. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family! Thank you!

I loved it. Very chill vibe, great food and kind staff. It is a low impact eco resort offering a glamping experience that is close to nature. A project with passion and purpose. If you are looking for a Sheraton style resort then stay at the Sheraton. If you have dodgy knees then the ladders up to the Kubos may be a challenge. If you want something unique where you can unwind and reconnect this is a perfect spot. Within walking distance from a small friendly town and close to waterfalls and islands there is plenty to do if you need a break from hammock reading. Great seafood and coffee. I'll be back!

Kubo is very nice for small family. furnitures are clean and kitchen outside is wide with complete appliances needed for cooking. I like that the place is beach front and there cottages also that you can rent. Beach is always been safe especially for kids.

I really like nipa hut Airbnb. Kuroshara’s nipa hut place is highly recommended for tourists who wants to try laidback/peaceful place. Bathroom, common kitchen, and nipa hut are very clean. Shoutout to our kind host who gave me antihistamine for my allergies. Thank you.

Our stay in Patar Beach was great because of Dela Cruz Transient House. I am so glad that we found this place on Airbnb since it was much cheaper than other places. PRICE: 6800 for 12 people, much cheaper than others DISTANCE: Just a few steps and you will already see the beach. Just a 1 minute walk to reach the clear waters of Patar Beach. LOCATION: This part of Patar Beach is the best because the seabed is free of rocks compared to the other parts of Patar Beach. The water is very shallow and free of waves. There are a lot of stores selling food and amenities nearby. CROWD: This part of patar beach is very popular. One of the most crowded beach that I've ever been to but it doesn't hinder you to enjoy the place. Patar beach deserves this popularity. CLEANLINESS and AMENITIES: The house is clean and the amenities listed were usable. We were able to grill and cook while we were staying. HOST: The host is very punctual in replying to us and is very hands-on when we got there.
