Please note that the NQ is a busy and vibrant area day and night. So please take this into consideration when booking the apartment.

What a gem of a find!! Katie was such a lovely host and her flat was lovely. Came to Manchester to see a show and Katie was so helpful advising us of local cheap parking and things to see and do in the area. I would highly recommend Katie’s place, such a reasonable price, lovely clean room with private bathroom, comfortable bed and amazing company (hope mark didn’t natter your ear off too much 🤣) We really did enjoy our stay, thanks for having us and hopefully see you again ☺️

Loved my time here. Stayed for 4 weeks and felt right at home after the first day. Everything as described and 10/10 location. For a ground floor flat, there is no street noise (even during weekend evenings). Well equipped kitchen. Loved all the books and the gym equipment is a nice touch. I feel very lucky to have found this place. A big thank you to the hosts and to Michelle for everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The photos don’t do this apartment justice. Very clean and extremely cozy with a great living area. A sizeable TV and charger was provided in the living area. The bedroom and toilet were very clean, with weights and exercise gear also provided which was a nice touch. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you might need in terms of utensils, provided with teabags, coffee, milk etc. only a short 10/15 min walk from Piccadilly Gardens. I would definitely stay here again when available and would recommend to anyone.
