They made me feel at home and were incredibly generous in sharing their home and providing fantastic recommendations for places to explore in Anchorage and around Alaska. We had a great stay at mike and charity’s place. We were traveling with a baby and they even dropped off a pack and play which was great for our daughter. There are some toys as well to keep your little one occupied for some time. The black out blinds help in the summertime. Very good location a few blocks from a main road. Have the fan on at night when you are trying to sleep so that extra noise doesn’t wake you from the really loud motorcycles/trucks driving by at night. I learned that trick a few nights in and had no issues sleeping after that. Would definitely rent again if I’m in the area.

This location was perfect. I was always maximum of 10 minutes from everything. I love the flowing stream, very peaceful!

Lynn pays attention to every detail to make sure one's stay is off to a good start. If you get a chance to spend time with either Lynn or Dave, take advantage. They have led and continue to lead fascinating lives. Our room may have been remodeled recently. It felt like we were staying in a nice hotel. We were even encouraged to wash our clothes.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. we stayed about 5 nights and it felt like home. comfy living area and gathering place near the kitchen. We got to have a wonderful, snowy holiday season. mahalo from Hawaii

Rose responded to questions very quickly. Directions to enter house were great. Kitchen was well stocked with items. Liked the security of the entry. Felt safe. The townhouse was convenient to all the excursions we did. Nice place to come home and rest.

Bea’s place is a fantastic choice if you’re visiting Anchorage. The location is unbeatable and the house itself has updated features, including a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen facility. One thing I would’ve wanted is more variety in the pillow choices. All the pillows were very fluffy and made for a few stiff necks. Other than that, this spot made for a wonderful start to our Alaskan vacation. Thanks, Bea!

Beautiful space. Clean, unexpectedly fancy, and the view really speaks for itself. Walking across the street to the park was so great with a little one. The shower is amazing. 😍

I stayed at Brittany’s duplex while I was in town visiting family. We were conveniently located nearby my brother’s home and had the perfect amount of space for a home base for the week. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but had everything we needed for breakfast each day. The bathroom was plenty spacious, beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the blinds and blackout curtains. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to visit my family in Anchorage!

The house was beautiful and felt brand new! Very modern and well stocked. Kitchen and house was spotless and no clutter which was greatly appreciated. Jodie was friendly gracious to grant a late checkout. Kids loved the trampoline and play structure in the backyard. Overall awesome home. Will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This place was amazing! Jessica has not overlooked any detail. We stay at a lot of different vacation rentals, and I have never been at such a well stocked home. Not only was the furniture amazing, the beds were super comfortable and there was no shortage of the daily necessities. On top of being a perfect location, Jessica was a super communicative and lovely hostess. I highly recommend this location!
