Curta uma experiência elegante neste lugar bem-localizado. Essa é a única e melhor casa frente do mar de Ubu . Estacionamento próprio de 5 carros, banheira , lounger, ar condicionado, área gourmet interligando churrasqueira, lounge, cozinha e sala star . Ainda tem a opção (pago a parte)de ter uma pessoa limpando, cozinhando delícias do mar e levando na praia para seu conforto . Casa não admite festas com pessoas que nem estejam na locação e não fornecemos roupa de cama e banho . Novidade!

Perfect for family and friends. Heated pool!

Brand new house, with 300m of built areas, lots of leisure for the family. It is a 5-minute walk to the main beach and Multiplace Mais. For P12, it's a 3-minute drive. You will enjoy incredible experiences with your family, we have high-end equipment and accommodations. The house is complete, has air-conditioning and TV in all five bedrooms, new electronics and several laser items. There are 2 en-suites, 3 bedrooms, 7 beds and extra mattresses. WE PROVIDE BED LINEN AND TOWELS!
