We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

This pretty gîte is on the ground floor of an old building set in a charming garden planted with trees and surrounded by stone walls, and is ideally located right next to the shops and the Château. Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

In a pedestrian street, quiet (except during school hours), a short walk to Place Aristide Briand, it is a perfect base to explore the city. You can enjoy the proximity of a wide range of cultural sites, shops, excellent restaurants and food shops according to your desires and budget.

For a leisure stay or a business trip, you will be ideally located to explore the Ancenis region. From this peaceful and central accommodation, you can enjoy walks along the banks of the Loire, walk along the unmissable Ancenis bridge, stroll in the castle park and why not walk to the guinguette in summer. The house, distributed in duplex, can accommodate up to 6 travelers in its 2 bedrooms and its sofa bed in the living room.
