Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was super clean and just had a nice vibe - felt comfortable right away, like being at home. The host was great - quick to respond and helpful. All in all, totally worth it. Would happily stay again.

Every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations: the property was exactly as described (if not better), impeccably clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Ms Dung and her place was great. Ms Dung is very sweet and nice, always responsive and easy communication. The place felt like home and had all the little necessities that made it comfortable for short and long stay. Such as cooking sauces and laundry detergent. The mountain and roof top view was amazing. At 5th floor, you get great wind flow, for me that’s better than AC. Short walk to the beach and delicious local eats. I highly recommend.

five stars! amazing apartment to stay in on a short trip to Da Nang. there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, including some with amazing seafood. the apartment has everything you need. and the team at the apartment helped me rent an electric bike at a very good price (just ask them about it). choose this place. you will not regret it

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

대가족이 지내기 훌륭한 곳이에요~ 부모님과 아이 모두 만족한 곳이네요^^ 사장님과 소통도 원활하고 위치가 좋아 여행 기간 동안 편했습니다. 우리가 숙소에 있으며 주로 이용한 곳은 바로 앞 마트 2곳 음반미, 콩카페, 숙소 바로 옆 중국 음식점이였고 후기 좋은 미쓰니도 근처에 있어 가고 싶었지만 가지 못한게 아쉽네요~ 해변가도 가까워 물놀이 가능하고 숙소 수영장도 온도 적당하여 아이들이 신나게 놀았습니다. 대가족 숙소 고민하신다면 추천드려요~^^

Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

Great little spot. Close to the beach and easily accessible to Hoi A township via grab or bikes. David was a great host who gave excellent recommendations was responsive to questions we had and would book airport transfers and spa treatments if asked. The house was great and private. The pool was a highlight for us with many hours spent in it. The area is relatively quiet apart from a noisy rooster neighbour 😊 We loved the place and would come back again

보기보다 훨씬 나은 숙소입니다 다 처음엔 다른 사용자들의 후기가 좋은게 의문이었는데 지내고 보니 그럴만 한 것 같습니다 다 친절한 매니저와 적극적으로 소통하고 빠른 응답이 좋았습니다 다 아침식사와 바베큐 모두 이용한 입장에서 양이 굉장히 많습니다 다 맛있는 음식과 깔끔한 시설 픽업과 드랍도 잘 안내되어 편리하게 이용했습니다

정말 너무너무너무 좋았어요 리뷰 잘 안쓰는데 너무 좋아서 남깁니다 저희가족 다 만족했고 감성 최고 숙소예요 창문이 많아 쾌적하고 비오는날인데 습하지도 않고 시원했어요 씻는 욕실도 너무 예쁘고 방은 정말 최고 👍👍 가족 모두가 한번 더 오고싶대요 감사합니다❤️❤️❤️

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.

거실이랑 마스터 베드룸 뷰가 너무 좋았고 아파트 1층에 마트와 식당 까페가 많아서 너무 편리했습니다. 옥상에서 불꽃축제도 볼수있었어요. 다음에도 오고싶어요. 추천합니다~

최고의 숙소였어요! 하얏트 내에서도 레지던스B가 위치가 제일 좋은거 같은데, 레지던스B 1층이니 더할나위없이 좋았어요! 수영장도 가까이 있고, 놀이터도 마당으로 연결 되어 있어 편하게 이용 하였답니다! 호스트도 정말 친절하고, 응답도 빨리 해주셔서 불편함 없었어요~ 다음에도 여기 예약 하려고 합니다!^^
