Rømø, Unesco area - newly renovated house with sauna

Newly renovated summer house - all new spring 2020. Lovely holiday home, quietly located in Kongsmark on Rømø. Large sunny terrace surrounds the house, which is everywhere lovely bright. The house contains 2 bedrooms, nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as well-equipped kitchen alroom and living room. Via the terrace there is access to the annex with additional sleeping for 2 persons, note!! In the winter months, the annexe is closed, which is why the house is only for 4 people in the period October to March.

Incredibly charming wooden house located on 5000m2 undisturbed surroundings next to scenic and protected area with heather heat. Occasionally a deer or two comes along. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the area of Kromose. Quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 m walking distance on the trail. The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt.
