Excellent place in a good area in Athens ! The apartment is very clean, big and nicely designed. The area is very good with very easy access to the center, metro and many other points of interest. Right next to coffee and breakfast places (mpougatsa thessalonikis for proper pastry lovers). Amazing and very reaponsive hosts that also arrange airport transfers !

I had a really great time staying here. I did not meet the hosts, but checking in was very easy. Elevator to the 7th floor, and then stairs to the roof. The room was wonderful, and I loved the relative privacy on the roof. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was nice. Only thing missing was a microwave. The bathroom was tiny, but functional. Air condition worked perfectly. Internet was fast, but it could slow down during the day. Parking outside can be difficult, but sometimes there are free spaces nearby. I really loved staying here, and I would love to stay again when in Athens. Highly recommended.

Great host and a great place!

It was a nice neighborbood near to Panormou and Ambelokipi metro stations. There are nice tavernas like Nikos to eat in walking distance. It is not a touristic neighborhood which is best because in touristic neighborhoods you pay more for the same product. Like famous Greek brand for cosmetics you can find in nieghborhoods’ Hondos center near ambelokipi metro for good price. And the best part of house is the balcony where you can rest and eat in peace.

the apartment in Nikokaou Gennhnata 16 is a very special apartment in an excellent spot one step put of yhe metro supermarket caffe,'s etc. Irene is an excellent host and she has taken care for every detail in the apartment therefore my stay was very confortable. In the kichen i found all the utilities for cooking cokd eater in the fridge and a welcoming glass of wine.Thank you Irene your apartment was a nice releif after hard work outside.

My stay at the apartment was great! What I stood out was Mrs. Elina's direct, courteous communication and service, as well as the direct, easy access anywhere I wanted to go! The apartment is so cozy and cozy that honestly someone feels like home! Highly recommend!

Vangelis’ flat is well connected to metro, only 7 mins walk. Everything was ok and Vangelis remained always responsive during my stay.

Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! The host was incredibly responsive and easy to get in touch with throughout our stay. He went above and beyond - from helping us carry our luggage to sitting down with us for a thorough check-in and giving us detailed tips on how to explore the area. The apartment was clean and modern. The location was very convenient - safe, walkable, and with easy access to the metro station.

The Greek experience was totally successful, especially thanks to this studio that made us feel at home. Evangelia was very responsive and made us feel comfortable!! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful Apartment & Host We had a great stay at Viktoras’ apartment. The space is modern, spotless, and felt like a high-end hotel suite - comfortable bed, sleek bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. It actually looked even better in person than in the photos and felt more spacious than we expected. The AC kept the apartment cool throughout our stay, which was a big plus during the Athens heat. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. Viktoras was an excellent host - very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy throughout. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Athens and highly recommend it to others!

The apartment is located in a very peaceful, quiet, and safe area. Being a rooftop apartment, I was able to enjoy sitting outside (on both sides, for the sunrise and the sunset), reading, and drinking coffee in the morning and evening. Since you are halfway up Mount Likavettos, you have a view of the entire southeast part of Athens, while on the north side of your apartment you can watch the sun hit the church on top of Likavettos and feel the breeze come through the forest across the street (lots of nice paths to walk, and you can powerwalk around the mountain or walk up to the top for the greatest cardio workout). I really appreciated the little things like paper towels, soaps and shampoo, much toilet paper, and other items that few hosts provide, but Christos provided. (I even had a bag of ice in the freezer!) The shower is the largest I have experienced in Athens (and I used to live in Athens and visit the city 2 or 3 times a year), and the elevator and washer especially welcome.

A very pleasant stay. I was there for just 3 nights in April and so the semi basement apartment was warm enough and light enough for my needs. I was either working at the desk by the large French window , out and about in Athens, or asleep so everything was great. Clean and quiet.

I rented the apartment for someone else so I don't know firsthand. But there was no complaint.

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Viktor was an amazing host. Before we got to Greece he sent clear instructions on how to access the property and kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Very responsive and helpful and we couldnt have asked for a better host, thank you.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.
