Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Amparo

I went on Valentine's Day and when I got there they left a wonderful surprise! With roses, a letter, chocolates, champagne and a balloon... Everything was very impeccable. Not to mention that the airbnb is charming, super comfortable, with everything clean and organized! I will definitely come back and recommend it to more people. João Paulo and Gabi, thank you so much for the little guy and the wonderful reception! You were awesome and we were super happy!

I highly recommend it! Apartment 100% faithful to the photos and super complete. We stayed 2 nights and it met our needs, in addition to the building, which is also great. The hosts answered all questions clearly and quickly. I recommend it!

In addition to the apartment space being very good, the amenities available in the condominium are great: grocery store, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, beauty care, pet space. Building staff are very cordial. The host is very solicitous. We had a great experience.

Amazing week in an equally amazing location, everything very organized and clean. Our pets were also able to be at ease, as the space is all fenced in. And the hosts Luiza and Marcelo welcomed us very warmly and were always ready to answer our possible questions. I recommend it!!!

Simply great! The house offers a very pleasant environment for a family or friends getaway. Super well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and beautiful! Communication with Rafael and Raquel was great, they were always available with a huge willingness! The beach tennis court is very good and the sand is better than many courts out there. Everything is very well taken care of. The heated pool was successfully used by adults and children. The additional services offered are excellent! We recommend the barbecue, pizza night and the housekeeper, who cooks very well! Super discreet and makes the experience even better. Our experience at the house was impeccable! I hope to be able to return in the near future again. We highly recommend the farm!

We rented the house to go to the Americana Rodeo and had an incredible experience. Easy to find, Uber easy to find, bars, market, pharmacy and fast food very close to the house. The house has absolutely EVERYTHING and even more than we need (everything we were looking for somewhere had hahha), Gabriel was very timely, gave tips on places, and was very flexible. It has a private area with a yard and barbecue that we were able to enjoy a LOT, especially for the barbecue part, because it is a very nice space in the house. It was a very good experience, and if it is available, we will be renting the house for the next rodeo. PS: Even the shower was very nice for the temperature and the cold (10°C). Lastly, super recommend.

Very responsive host and beautiful property.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. We will return for sure and once again, me and my family, we thank you from the heart!

Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and face tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is amazing and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also amazing!! On the last night alone, we got a heavy rain and had some small leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.

The stay was excellent! The place is super cozy and well equipped, with a full kitchen and everything you need. Access is easy, the environment is well organized, and the space is large, with a game room and fireplace. The only tip is to bring warm clothes, as it gets quite cold at night. Overall, an amazing, quiet and perfect place to enjoy with friends! One of the best that I've ever stayed.

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very well decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things that you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!

Marco was responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The building was safe and had many amenities. I would recommend this apartment and host.
