We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Incredibly beautiful and peaceful place with a very private feel to it. Feels like you’re in your own place far away in a forest but it’s just a quick walk into town. The host was also lovely and so helpful, highly recommend.

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

Ms. Dora is extremely helpful and accommodating. The house offers a beautiful view and a lovely outdoor sitting area. It’s conveniently located near several beaches. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary gadgets, and the house is tastefully decorated. I can confidently say that this is the nicest house I've stayed in Greece within this price range.During our stay, the weather was pleasant, so we didn’t need to use the AC. However, during a heatwave, the AC might be necessary, especially in the second bedroom.Overall, the house is stunning and looks even better than the photos in the listing.Thank you, Ms. Dora, for making us feel so welcome and at home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

We had wonderful time at Villa Bianca. The house is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and big yard, very clean, walkable distance to the best restaurants and shops in Ammouliani. Our host Eleni was very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!!

Ammouliani is a wonderful island with wonderful residents! Our stay in Michalis' apartment was exactly what we were looking for : Comfortable, large spaces, equipped with everything we could possibly need, in a calm neighborhood and at the same time in the center of the island with all the shops, cafes, restaurants next to us! Michalis was very kind and friendly with us with love and interest in what he does! Keep it up, Michalis!

Beautiful apartment very close to the sea. The check-in was personal and very warm. The communication was very quick and helpful. It's great that the apartment has good baby/children's equipment, great sand toys, a good washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a kayak. The bedrooms have windows to the hallway or to the living area. When cars park in front of the fence, you see the sea less. The beach consists of fine sand, followed by small stones. Bathing shoes are useful. Depending on the day and time, there are sometimes more, sometimes less waves, seaweed or algae. We felt comfortable in the apartment with our two small children.

We had an amazing stay at Konstantinos' place! From the moment we arrived, Konstantinos greeted us warmly, showing us around and offering great recommendations for the area. His hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning—brand new, with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect: close to beaches, restaurants, and all the must-visit spots, yet tucked away in a peaceful area where you can relax and enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to stay at Konstantinos’ place again!

The location is perfect, and the house was designed by Fanni's and Agapi's mother who is an architect. The house blends perfectly in the forest environment and has a lot of small artistic details. It is surrounded with a spacious yard in the middle of the woods. Near Fava and Karidi beaches, with Fava beach assessable on foot. Agapi was there, staying at the first floor, to make our stay even more comfortable. Agapi gave us very good tips on the beaches and restaurants to visit in the area, and Sithonía in general. There are 2 apartments at the ground floor, where we were staying. That is very convenient in case 2 families are coming together, as we were. Vourvourou is 2.5km from the house, where you can find a supermarket, and also some good restaurants that Agapi will tell you more about. The apartments are equipped with all the amenities for cooking, but you can also eat outside for a decant amount of money. Agapi will share all these tips with you for an unforgettable stay!

Takis and Romilia were really nice hosts. They gave us a warm welcome and made us feel like home. The house is the last in a row of houses and has no neighbor on the right side and the most beautiful view to the ocean, we have ever seen. Takis and Romilia have created a nice seating area outside, very airy and in the shade. You could spend hours just sitting there. The house itself is very good equipped with a juice press, a sandwichmaker, a Nespressomaschine, a dishwasher, oven etc. they also have an AC which is in the staircase between the groundfloor, where the bath and the sleeping rooms are and the first floor, where the kitchen and living room is. It is for the whole house. The only negative aspect we had encountered are the abandoned dogs, which are at the beach and even come into the garden when sitting there. But they don’t show any aggressive behavior. The beach is beautiful but not so well maintained and therefore the garbage from the ocean is not cleaned too regularly.

We had a wonderful week at the Sailor Home. The accommodation is simple, but completely sufficient - we lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic location right by the sea. The view was breathtaking, and the tranquility on site ensured perfect relaxation. If you are not expecting luxury, but are looking for nature and relaxation, you have come to the right place. We will be happy to come back!

This place was great for us (3adults& 2 kids) spacious, very clean and lot of space outside. Easy to reach Karidi beach, around 10 min easy walk. We went also to nikiti (20 min by car), rodia Beach, mega portokali around 20-30min by car. Around Sofia place is also a supermarket and lots of places to eat. The communication with Sofia was easy and we really loved her place❤️

The place is outstanding - located in the outskirts of Nikiti, the property provided privacy and great views. The house is modern, extremely well furnished, you’d have everything you can think of. The beds are comfortable, the place was impeccable in terms of cleanliness, the host has provided top notch amenities. I highly recommend the place. Kostas is a great host, he met us personally, provided great tips about the area (beaches, places to dine, activities), he was just perfect. 10/10 ❤️
