In the house, the temporary residents should find new, creative inspirations and relaxation that they are looking for. Robust yet gentle, rustic yet modern. A cozy place to relax: during the day on the sun terrace by the in-house pond, in the evening by the fireplace, surrounded by art and records. ... The apartment (55 sqm) is on the first floor (bathroom, kitchen & conservatory) and second floor (bedroom and living/bedroom) with private access. For layout, see floor plan. The apartment has a large, quiet garden which can of course be shared. A parking space is located on the property in front of the garage. Very centrally located, pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops in the immediate vicinity.

Vacation on the Weserdeich in Bremen

Our beautiful apartment is located just behind the Weserdeich in Bremen in the Werderland nature reserve. From all windows you have a beautiful view of the countryside or of the dike and ships. Large and small dogs are welcome here. However, our garden is not fenced due to its size (approx. 8000m2). Our large farmhouse is 150 years old and has been or is being gently renovated by us and with a lot of love for detail. The Weser is about 50 meters away.

Tiny hen house

The "Hühnerstall" is a small guest house in a spacious garden with many old trees and offers space for couples, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shady places for the adults to linger and overgrown secret corners and play opportunities for the little ones. A swivel grill with a fire pit invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourselves.

If you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and wonderful views of meadows and fields, then you will not miss out here. The modern furnished apartment has a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The garden house sauna and bicycles can be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km) offers a lot of culture including a castle and theater and is just as popular for its shopping.

From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.  You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.
