Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

In the house, the temporary residents should find new, creative inspirations and relaxation that they are looking for. Robust yet gentle, rustic yet modern. A cozy place to relax: during the day on the sun terrace by the in-house pond, in the evening by the fireplace, surrounded by art and records. ... You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

Small cottage in the countryside

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully furnished small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the swimming pond, the sauna and the fireplace can be used. Each by arrangement. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.

Ponderosa hut in the forest

In the shady grove of our property, the quaintly cozy former mobile home hides as a guesthouse. On 30 sqm, the tiny house has a bath, bedroom with double bed, fitted kitchen and living space, all simple and minimalist. The covered terrace has 30 square meters of space, and you feel like you're on a mini-ponderosa. A place for nature-loving guests. In summer, mosquito/insect repellent. Security deposit €200.00, electricity according to meter, no bed linen/towels.

Tiny hen house

The "Hühnerstall" is a small guest house in a spacious garden with many old trees and offers space for couples, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shady places for the adults to linger and overgrown secret corners and play opportunities for the little ones. A swivel grill with a fire pit invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourselves.

Experience and discover a very special overnight stay in our rustic feel-good barrels in the 'Kuhlen Auszeit'. In the middle of nature on a green meadow, 3 cozy wooden barrels, a sauna, a grill cottage and sanitary facilities await you, framed by old trees overlooking the farm, where cattle graze relaxed in the pasture. A campfire area with barbecue is inviting for relaxation. For children, there is plenty of space to play. Dogs are not allowed

Vacation home at the Alpakahof

Welcome to our new and cozy apartment on our Alpaka-Glanz farm. Here you can expect a place of relaxation, surrounded by alpacas and donkeys. Our apartment is the perfect retreat for families, couples and anyone who wants to unwind. You will get an insight into the daily routine of the farm, such as feeding the animals. An exclusive alpaca hike with a picnic among the alpacas or a donkey time (donkey hiking, donkey riding) can be booked.
