Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Cottage near the potholes, beach, family friendly. Possibility of kayaking and fishing (2 kayak, 2 canoe and 1 rowboat on site). 30 min away from Gautefall ski center. Large garden with play equipment. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (plus own baby bed) Note: part of semi-detached house, simple standard,- older kitchen and bathroom, lovely peaceful space. Second unit is also rented and any guests in other unit are to be expected. If needed, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Connected to electricity and hot water

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Lys og delikat innredet leilighet. Bygd opp som en hotell suite,med stue, soverom med kjøkkenkrok,stor dusj og bad. Her kan man slappe av i rolige og landlige omgivelser. Det er en stor dobbeltseng og sprinkelseng. Risør,Kragerø og Tvedestrand er kun 40 minutter unna med bil. Om sommeren kan man oppsøke noen av Gjerstads fine badeplasser som Sandåkerhølen eller Kleivvann. Det er også kort vei for de som liker langrenn og på Gautefall kan man renne nedover. Jaktterreng kan leies gjennom Statskog

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Ei hytte med eit rom som du kan koble av frå omverda. Utan internett, straum eller innlagt vatn, men natur og eigen strand. Det er utedo. Staden ligg ca 3 km frå Treungen sentrum. Men vatnet er det bålpanne som du kan låne om du bruker hovudet. Det er og benk ved stranda og brygge som ein kan svømme ut til.Nissedal kommune byr på nesten 40 toppturer som er for både store og små.Langfjell, ein kjend topp i Treungen, kan du gå til rett frå hytta. Du må ta med eige sovepose/dyne og pute og laken.

Tiny house with amazing views over Otra. There is an oven with wood burning for heating in the cabin and rechargeable lights for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere🛖 Single small kitchen outside with double gas burner. There are full tableware, cutlery, glasses, pots and frying pan. Cozy fire pit area with blue pan and possibility to cook on a fire pit.🔥 Outhouse with bio toilet and single sink with foot pump. There is no electricity.

Boat arch, right on the waterfront. Kayaks June-September

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Small cabin, 52 sqm, sunside terrace exposed to sun all day. Wide view over lake Høvringen. 30 m from parking, but hidden from the road. Old-fashioned, simple, but good cabin standard: indoor biological toilet, cold tap water in kitchen, electric stove for cooking, cooler and freezer. Wood stove and electric oil stove for heating. Personal atmosphere, with relativelhy old, well-kept furniture. Lovely bird-singing around.
