This tiny home was originally a park model RV. It was completely renovated and turned into a permanent structure as a tiny home. While it is an older place and looks a bit rough on the outside, it is very cozy and clean on the inside. The quiet area and cute little deck is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine or ice tea in the evening! It provides plenty of parking for trucks and boats! It can be a bit hard to find if you are coming it at night so be sure to review the directions tab!

Enjoy your stay in this retro ranch retreat! The park is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly and the home is close to the lake. You’ll be 10 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the boat ramp! Plenty of space to park and fishermen have an enclosed boat garage. There’s patio furniture in the front and in the backyard. The Master suite has a king, second guest room has a king, third guest room has a queen and bonus room right off the back patio has 2 twins. Two full bathrooms. Laundry room.
