Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Amilly

Such a great place! Perfect location to access the chateau and its gardens. Walking distance from the little shops in Avon (boulangerie, small market on Saturday, small grocery store). The apartment looks exactly as the photos describe it, I would even say better! It's very neat and clean, nicely decorated and has everything one needs for a stay in Fontainebleau. We loved it and can only recommend it to people visiting the area :)

Very lovingly furnished apartment in which nothing is missing. Fully equipped kitchen, a top modern bathroom and a very comfortable bed make the stay very pleasant. Parking right outside the door. The Loire is within walking distance. At night it is wonderfully quiet and I slept very well there. During the day, unfortunately, a little louder due to the location on the main street and the sound-sensitive house, which allows you to hear the neighbors. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay at Séverine's, which was also due to her good and warm communication.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Extremely well equipped and perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Italy. Hadrien was extremely helpful in letting us in and assisting us with parking - the approach is quite narrow for our large family car, but all went smoothly thanks to Hadrien’s help. Auxerre looked beautiful - shame we couldn’t stop for longer. We will definitely hope to return next time we are doing the drive down to Italy.

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Each had their own sleeping and bathing area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

We stayed at this beautiful oasis for a short getaway and loved the peaceful location and stunning surroundings. This feels less like a B&B and more like you have been invited to stay at a very well travelled friend's holiday home. We particularly liked the private walled garden where we ate every meal and the spacious and tranquil bedrooms. Helpful and responsive host too. We hope to be back soon!

Fabienne's house is a haven of peace for young and old, thanks to the many activities and games that are available there. In addition to everything that is available to visitors, you can feel at home with thoughtful decor. Fabienne is a responsive host, very friendly and she has many activities to recommend in the area! We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet environment, it is well equipped and decorated with care. The swimming pool, bocce court and games room are a real plus. Élisabeth is very attentive to her hosts. We had a lovely weekend with the family in this refreshing place.

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!
