A beautiful house within walking distance of Barbizon village. The garden was pristine and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had lovely nooks for relaxing with a book. Helen was very responsive and the guide left at the house included all the necessary information. We hope to return.

Very good weekend spent at Madoka and Frédéric's. The place is peaceful and bucolic, the house is perfectly suited for a stay with friends. I recommend it to all those who seek calm and serenity.

Great stay at Marie-Christine's place. The house is super well decorated and perfectly well equipped, air conditioning very pleasant during this period of high heat. Chateau-Landon is 5 minutes away by car, and the region is beautiful, with the Loing and its ponds in the immediate vicinity.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

We particularly enjoyed our stay in Gérard's colombier. We were very well received and the accommodation was exactly what we expected! The little touches made us happy: a good bottle of apple juice was waiting for us and we had the cherry tree available for beautiful picking! We therefore had a very good weekend of the ascension.

Elisabeth is a perfect host and her house was amazing (nicer than the photos). She was so helpful, providing local recommendations, etc. The pool was amazing and the perfect temperature. We would definitely come again.

A beautiful place to stay! We were looking for a quiet air bnb a few days before a family wedding and this place was absolutely perfect! Katy and Arnaud were great hosts. The grounds, pool and cottage are all stunning. 10/10!

We had a very good stay at Claire and Bertrand's, who are thoughtful and very friendly hosts. The cottage is perfect for large families with many amenities such as a very large swimming pool, pool table, foosball, board games, books, comics, DVDs... In short, no time to get bored. The only downside would be the kitchen, which is relatively small if you want to cook for a large group. I would recommend it in a second.

The house is as described, very welcoming and pleasant. The pool and jacuzzi are a real plus with several shaded or sunny relaxation areas. The region is very beautiful and the city of Sens is worth a visit. A good time to relax. Mr. Sissi is available and friendly. Suitable for couples as well as families, all the amenities are there for a very pleasant stay.

We were with a group of friends for the annual bouldering in Tony's accommodation and were more than satisfied with our stay😊! A great house with all kinds of specials and everything your heart desires. We spent a lot of time in the large living area, as well as on the cozy balcony in the courtyard and the garden area and felt very comfortable! 😊 Communication with Tony was great, check-in and check-out were easy and uncomplicated! We loved our family weekend in Brigitte's lovely house. It is very pleasant and the landscape all around is superb. The house was clean and very well equipped. The welcome was perfect. The house is identical to the photos, the pool is on the other side of the street, but because of the bad weather we couldn't enjoy it. We hope to come back next time to enjoy it!

the stay was perfect. the accommodation is quite suitable for reunions with friends and family. i would say that an extra fridge is missing from the capacity of the cottage. And can be refurbished the barbecue for the beautiful weather. otherwise everything is perfect and comfortable to live in. The accommodation is not adjoining, which makes it possible not to disturb the neighborhood during outdoor dining.

Nestled in a cul-de-sac on the banks of the Serein, this duplex apartment is full of charm, thanks to its terrace and decor. Alix is a responsive and attentive host. We would be happy to do it again for a future stop in Chablis!

We stayed one night It was very hot, the air conditioning, the calm and the good quality bedding was really a plus to have beautiful dreams. You can park the car next to the mobile home, the land is fenced, there are several outdoor lounges! Very relaxing.

Perfectly equipped and very clean accommodation. Comfort, nice decor, nice little details, tea and coffee... Too bad we only spent a very short night (after the wedding party...) we would have liked to enjoy the place more. Recommended! (Only downside, arrival procedure by key box so no real contact with the owner. That's what we're looking for when we choose Airbnb!)
