Lovely large living area downstairs. Plenty of space with private courtyard, large laundry and clothes line. Up stairs to bedrooms would be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Tall people would find the double beds a challenge. I am 180cm and just fitted ok. Close to WW1 Somme battle fields, parking out the front. All whst we needed, would definitely return.

What an amazing house. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Very tastefully decorated. Odile and Thomas are very responsive. Couldn't recommend this property highly enough. We had a fabulous couple of days. Thank you both so much

Stayed in this lovely cottage with my family for 3 nights. Very nice, clean, peaceful and conveniently located little cottage! We found log burner particularly useful and kids were very excited about real fire in living room. Miguel is excellent host, he even helped us with bags in and out as I managed to stretch my back muscle. Thank you for your hospitality, Miguel!

Great & Peaceful stay in the village. The house had all the amenities & entertainment. Hosts were very friendly & flexible with check In timings. Definitely we will come back

The +: Very friendly welcome, responsive hosts, very charming and peaceful cottage, clean cottage, good bedding, good overall services for a real moment in the countryside. The cons: Even if it's not disturbing at all, there are 2 independent cottages on the same land and it should be mentioned in the description, some kitchen utensils to replace, some bad smells (fake septic I think) from time to time but nothing serious. I recommend this cottage for its charm and for the great welcome from Georgie and Ben.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bettencourt-Rivière! The house is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a magnificent tranquility. Especially in the summer it is certainly an absolute dream: access to the lake, a private boat and a pool invite you to relax. It is also perfect for dogs – they are not only welcome, but can also play and let off steam with the friendly dogs of the owners. The owners themselves are incredibly nice and warm, you immediately feel welcome. The sea can be reached in about an hour's drive, which is absolutely worth it, because the beaches are fantastically beautiful. Overall a great place to stay in the middle of extensive scenery – we'd come back any time!

We had an amazing bachelor weekend here with 12 guys. Yona was super responsive in the weeks before, and check-in instructions were clear. The garden was a huge plus: between the pool, badminton net, and basketball hoop, we were never bored. Conty is very quiet but had everything we needed close by. A supermarket and several food places were within walking distance. The local pizzeria was worth the 45-minute wait for 6 large pizzas. Inside was just as great: a spacious living area with a large dining table we used for poker night and a small party after, a compact kitchen that suited our needs (though we didn’t cook), and plenty of bed- and bathrooms. The beds were comfy and the rooms and spacious. I do want to note that there were non-disclosed cameras present: 1 outside and 3 inside (kitchen, hallway, living room). While inside cameras are prohibited even if disabled (Airbnb policy), Yona reassured us with app screenshots that they are never active whenever guests are present.

Very friendly hosts who live in the house next door. Beautiful surroundings and the house has everything you need for a long or short stay. Nice touch of fresh tomatoes, home made jam and a local beer left. Gave information on local things to do and see and where the local shops were. Added bonus of a lovely pool . The only thing to note on this is it is in the hosts part of the garden, although they were very discreet and were not around when we used the pool. Would recommend this house and the area. Communication on Airbnb is not with the hosts but they will deal with you when you arrive.

Great location for relaxation! I highly recommend this place for short and long period, whether you're with friends or family.

We stayed for 3 nights with friends with kids. The house is large enough for large groups: number of adult and children beds, bathrooms and amenities. The kids took full advantage of the outdoor games. We spent 3 excellent days! And the surroundings allow for very friendly short walks and visits: Royal Abbey, source of the 3 weeping women.

We had a great time staying with Martine and her husband. Listing as described in all respects. Private parking right in front of the accommodation, terrace and very nice pool access. We won't hesitate to return.

We had a very good time during our stay in the house. We were warmly welcomed by Sylvain himself upon arrival and had everything we needed in the house to feel at home during this week. Sylvain also helped us on our way with our questions and answered quickly. We enjoyed the peaceful environment and took the opportunity to visit nearby Amiens and Paris as well. Responded quickly and was flexible when we were unexpectedly earlier. You can also walk from the apartment into the city center.

Samuel's accommodation is charming and very well located. Check-in is flexible and very simple.

Charming apartment, decorated with great taste and very functional. Quality bedding and everything is available for a good stay. We had a small problem with the shower that was solved very quickly thanks to the responsiveness of the hosts despite the very late hour. Private parking very popular or places available in the street.

Very good accommodation, clean, tidy, there is everything you need to cook. Private parking space. In addition, Laurie is friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

We enjoyed the location very close on foot to all the tourist spots (view of the cathedral), the very complete equipment of the accommodation and a very neat decoration. One small downside: a little noisy at night due to the proximity of the bars, but you can't have everything! 😉 For parking, there are very attractive packages in the surrounding car parks (19 euros for 3 days). Very good responsiveness from hosts.

Isabelle was very welcoming and gave clear instructions. Our host took the time to explain the different features of this place. The location is very peaceful and the very large garden contributes to the tranquility. Lots of kitchen equipment, a cozy living room and a new bathroom. The house is quite isolated, quiet, and that's what we're looking for when booking the cottage. No WiFi but not disturbing because it is not what is sought.

Apartment on the ground floor, quiet. Very well arranged and very clean. Nothing was missing in the kitchen (dishes, cleaning products, tea towel, even coffee pods and ground) or in the bathroom (bath towels) or in the bedrooms (comfortable "ready to sleep" beds, duvets). Perfect for a city discovery program Immediate proximity to several parking lots. To remember in hesitation
