The stay was great. The location of the apartment is very good, close to restaurants, bars and gyms. We very much like the apt., super organized and clean and served us very well. Lucia was also extremely solicitous in everything I needed, answering any questions promptly.

The stay was great. Good cost benefit, home well located for students and professors of Unicamp. Communication with Wal and Helio was excellent, always proactive and supportive. My room was super comfy, clean bathroom. Good shower. I managed to organize and use the garage. Good wifi network also for my studies. I thank you for your kindness during my stay.

It felt like I was at home! There were 4 of us. My daughter's mother, my daughter and her friend slept in the bedroom (double bed + 1 cot). I slept on the retractable sofa, veeeeeeeeery comfortable! It would easily fit one more person! Super recommended!!! Not to mention that the Concierge staff are very helpful!

Great place. Very close to Unicamp, restaurants and bars. Place was very peaceful and quiet. Laura was great - very responsive and flexible with our check in and check out time.

Excellent host helped us super fast, gave recommendations from the surroundings, it was always available. the impeccable villa, swimming pool heats up with the solar plate, great barbecue space and tables, 2 refrigerator and 1 excellent freezer available in the barbecue area. Various kitchen utensils would be interesting some 2 more pans, but nothing to hinder our stay. has electric pot, coffee bottles. plenty of items for cleaning if necessary. Rooms all with clean sheets, pillows with pillowcase and 1 towel, and 1 blanket. I thought that was great. Air-conditioning in the environment. beautiful place. Very polite housekeeper. My family loved it, we'll come back more often. Very clean instructions. Very clean instructions. I loved Privacy. Hoston Mateus was very nice, considerate and helped us promptly. chácara 10 out of 10.

Luis is very attentive and friendly. He helped us with everything and made himself available to help with whatever we needed. Very large space, with all the necessary resources for a good barbecue. Everything was working perfectly! At check-in there was a person presenting us all the space, testing the equipment and making a previous inspection of what would be available for our use. An amazing place like this needs to be well maintained by all guests so that more people can enjoy the same comfort in moments of rest and leisure. Amei relax in the heated pool, play on the brand-new pool table and enjoy a delicious family barbecue. This was the best party house I've ever rented! This justifies the high demand for it. We really liked the house, a large, spacious, well-ventilated and clean house, as soon as we arrived and opened the door you could smell the cleanliness!! Tamires was very attentive, giving us support at all times, check-in and check-out with flexible hours was also a differential!!

Chácara Nova, well cared for, cozy, served us super well. Priscila is an extremely attentive and proactive person, all questions and requests she made a point of being flexible and assisting us. It was a great stay, for sure in other opportunities we will rent again and will always indicate.

We really like the house. Large rooms and bathrooms have accommodated our staff very well. Everything clean and very well equipped.

Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.

The simple condominium in a building with several blocks and stairs but great access by app that we requested, especially for those who would like to stay near the airport. Only when we left, we were more attentive because there is no doorman and we were outside waiting for Uber and we did not know the area but Uber arrived soon.
