Located 500 m from the banks of the Loire and a 5-minute walk from the city center and the castle, crossing the Île d'Or bridge, it is a real 25 m² house, completely independent, overlooking a garden. Paintings of strange animals adorn the walls. Very cool studio in summer, with portable air conditioning.
