Tiene un gran parque, quincho techado, dos galerias, 3 baños completos y un antebaño, cocina comedor amplia con todos los servicios y utensillos, lavadero completo con lavarropas, elementos de limpieza, chimenea, 2 livings totalmente equipados, mesas y sillas para mas de 20 personas. Cuenta con calefon y cocina alimentadas por gas envasado. Tiene una acequia al fondo y a 50 mts una bajada al río Los Nogales.
