Carlos welcomed us with great kindness, he took care of our tranquility and our schedules to feel comfortable in his apartment and Chachapoyas. The apartment is just like the listing, very close to the Chachapoyas square, has restaurants, pharmacies and shops nearby. Highly recommended.

She was always available and ready to help, which made my stay even more comfortable. The area is quiet, yet it's easy to get to the city center. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!
