We had another great time at the property! We returned for the second year, as last year was superb. We had an amazing time again. We loved the hospitality, the premises, the cleanliness, the responsiveness. The host has spoiled us! It is rare to find all those in one place and to also get what you see in the pictures. It is a place where we relaxed and felt at home. The hosts made us feel at home. The location is perfect and we had privacy, space and all the amenities to make it enjoyable. The space is great for families of all ages. Thank you for taking such great care of us and we look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!!!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful house! The location is peaceful with stunning nature and breathtaking sunsets. The house exceeded our expectations—it's much better than the photos, featuring nearly 4-meter-high ceilings, a lovely garden, very spacious balconies, and every tool you could need. The beach was secluded and felt almost private. Our kids were captivated, eagerly waiting for the hatching turtles, as it's the season for it. Zacharo is just 10 minutes away, and Kiparissia is 20, with Pilos about an hour's drive. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Very highly recommended!

Wonderful house with great view in nice garden setting and access to own sandy beach. Very comfy beds. Quiet. Road to location is much better than partially described by other guests (from south there is a paved road). We only missed a washing machine, but everything for washing by hand is available. Owner Panos is really very helpful and nice. We even joined them at their family Easter barbecue . Highly recommended place

Περάσαμε πρόσφατα μερικές μέρες στο Mama's Sunshine Garden Villa. Οι εντυπώσεις μας είναι εξαιρετικές! Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο, καλοβαλμένο, πεντακάθαρο, σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση και με όλα τα κομφόρ ενός πραγματικού σπιτιού. Οι άνετες κρεβατοκάμαρες διαθετουν κρεβάτια με καλά στρώματα, άριστο κλιματισμό και ηλεκτροκίνητα ρολά που όλα μαζί ευνοούν απολαυστικό ύπνο και για τους πιο απαιτητικούς. Η κουζινα και τα μπάνια είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένα και το wi-fi άριστο, ακόμα και στην πιο απόμακρη πλευρά του κήπου. Η διακόσμηση με έργα της κας Γωγώς Τσίτσου (της μητέρας του ιδιοκτήτη) δίνει μια ιδιαίτερη νότα και προσωπικότητα στο κατάλυμα, το οποίο απογειώνεται από τον υπέροχο κήπο με τις πολλές διαφορετικές και καλόγουστα οργανωμένες γωνιές. Ένα μεγάλο συν του καταλύματος είναι η τοποθεσία του μακριά από δρόμους κι άλλες πηγές θορύβου, αλλά δυό βήματα από τα γύρω χωριά με καταστήματα πρώτης ανάγκης, ταβέρνες και απίστευτες παραλίες. Λατρέψαμε τον Άγιο Ανδρέα και τη Σκαφιδιά, αλλά και οι υπόλοιπες παραλίες ήταν πολύ ωραίες! Φάγαμε πολύ καλά στην ταβέρνα του Φώτη, στο  bar-restaurant πάνω από τη Σκαφιδιά, στην ταβέρνα Κύμα στο Κατάκολο - και απολαύσαμε και την ποικιλία κρεατικών πάνω στο κύμα στην παραλία Πυργί. Το αγαπημένο μας τελείωμα της ημέρας ήταν στη δροσιά του κήπου μας, μέσα στο πράσινο, ακούγοντας μουσική κάτω από τα άστρα χωρίς να μας ενοχλεί κανείς ούτε να ενοχλούμε κανένα. Κράτησα για το τέλος την ιδιαίτερη αναφορά στον ιδιοκτήτη, κο Γιώργο Τσίτσο. Η θερμή υποδοχή που μας επεφύλαξε κατά την άφιξή μας, καθώς και το ενδιαφέρον και η βοήθειά του καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, ήταν πραγματικά αξιοσημείωτα! Όταν φτάσαμε, μας έκανε μια εκτενή ξενάγηση όχι μόνο στο κατάλυμα αλλά και στα γύρω χωριά, για να μας δείξει πού μπορούσαμε να ψωνίσουμε, να φάμε και πώς να πάμε στις παραλίες. Μας έδωσε επίσης πολύ καλές συστάσεις για το πού να πάμε, π.χ. στις καταπληκτικές παραλίες του Αγίου Ανδρέα και της Σκαφιδιάς. Με τη βοήθειά του, η ολιγοήμερη παραμονή μας σίγουρα οργανώθηκε κατά τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Τέλος, ιδιαίτερη μνεία στο γαλακτομπούρεκο που μας φίλεψε η μητέρα του, η οποία απέδειξε ότι εκτός από αξιόλογη καλλιτέχνης και διακοσμήτρια είναι και θαυμάσια ζαχαροπλάστης! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον κο Τσίτσο και τη μητέρα του για την πραγματικά αξεχαστη διαμονή μας στο μικρό κομμάτι παραδείσου που έφτιαξαν στον Άγιο Ηλία! Συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα, στο οποίο ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε κι εμείς ξανά σύντομα!

The villa was exactly as described. It was very clean, including the pool and outdoor area, and in a great location with nice restaurants and shops just 10 minutes walking or 2 minutes by car. But what truly made our stay special was the host and her family. They were the most caring and thoughtful hosts I’ve ever had. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us amazing recommendations for activities and rentals and went out of their way to make everything go smoothly. They truly made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Αρχικά η επικοινωνία με την Ελένη ήταν εξαιρετική. Άμεση στις ερωτήσεις μας, μας έδωσε κάθε πληροφορία για το σπίτι ευγενικότατη και φιλική. Σε συνδυσμό με την υποδοχή που είχαμε από τους Μαίρη & Γιώργο, μας έκανε πραγματικά να νοιώσουμε μέλη της οικογένειας τους. Το σπίτι, πρόκειται για έναν χώρο που φαίνεται ότι είναι φτιαγνένος με μεράκι, με προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες αλλα και με πολύ γούστο. Υπέροχος κήπος με όμορφα λουλούδια παντού, φροντισμένο φυσικό γκαζόν και λεπτομέρειες που σου έφτιαχναν την διάθεση. Απολύτως λειτουργικό, με ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς να είναι στην διάθεση σου, χωρισμένο σε δύο επίπεδα και ο καθένας με το δικό του μεγάλο μπάνιο. Γι αυτούς που τους αρεσει το ψήσιμο υπάρχει ενα λειτουργικότατο bbq με τραπεζαρία για ατελείωτες ωρες χαλάρωσης, στον χώρο του κήπου. Δύο παραλίες προσβάσιμες με τα πόδια σε απόσταση 3-5 λεπτών, εξαιρετικές για παιδια και μία όμορφη ησυχη γειτονιά, για ξεκουραση και οικογενειακές διακοπες. We had a wonderful stay in Karitaina! The location is peaceful and beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house was exactly as shown in the photos: stylish, cozy, and spotlessly clean. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall care in maintaining the space. Ramona was a great host — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We visited as a family and found it to be a great place not only to explore the charming village of Karitaina but also as a base for discovering the rest of mountainous Arcadia. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Euphoria Hill Villa. Dionisis was very helpful throughout, always on hand if needed. The villa itself is beautiful, amazing views and completely private/peaceful. I would highly recommend booking this property!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette superbe villa. La piscine avec sont bar est tous simplement top ! Tout est mis en place pour se sentir comme chez soit. La villa est équipé de machine a laver, lave verre, et meme machine a cocktail ! Le propriétaire des lieux est super sympathique et nous a grandement aidé pour trouver les meilleures restaurants et donner quelques lieux a faire. Je recommande.

Spyros reageert heel snel samen met zijn zakenpartner. Als ik appte reageerde 1 of allebei binnen een minuut. Alles was duidelijk en stonden open voor vragen wat betreft activiteiten. De emails voor aankomst met suggesties voor activiteiten en restaurants hebben onze vakantie nog beter gemaakt! Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goud en ik zou zo nog een keer bij Spyros boeken. Bedankt Spyros!

Dimopoulos was a great host, helped us with all sorts of tips for restaurants and locations to visit. Very attentive. The house was very modern and high tech, very comfortable. The furniture was a bit worn down, but covered with nice covers it was ok. Outdoor erea was great. Lot's of reasons to come back.

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.

The host Dimitris was so welcoming. He also supplied us with Greek goodies on arrival. Incredible views from all the 7 seating areas outside. We didn’t want to leave - 5 stars is genuinely not enough

An amazing place that is exactly as it looks! The villa is amazing inside and out. It had everything we needed and the location was great too. Very close to everything we needed with either a short drive or walk. Nick, who helped with maintenance and checking us in was very helpful and friendly too, and gave us recommendations for taxis and what to do. Recommend to anyone going to Zakynthos

We had an amazing stay at this very spacious villa in Argassi with a group of 22 people. The place was perfect: well-equipped and with plenty of room for everyone. Makis was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The villa is in a quiet, secluded area, offering lots of privacy, but still within walking distance of some shops. For beaches and attractions, you’ll need a car or transport, but that’s expected given the peaceful location. Highly recommend for large groups looking to relax and enjoy Zakynthos!

Azurro Beach House is een paradijs! Wat een fantastische plek. We zijn een gezin met vier kleine kinderen en deze plek heeft alles! Super mooie zee, groot zwembad, rust, mooi huis, geweldig uitzicht. Alles was geweldig! De zee is ook echt mooi blauw en we vonden het in het echt nog mooier dan de foto’s! We hebben echt een hele fijne vakantie gehad! Wat een top plek!

Het verblijf was heerlijk. Een prachtige villa met tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. De host Nikos was enorm aardig en behulpzaam. Hij gaf ons allerlei tips, regelde ontbijtspulletjes voor de eerste dag en deelde de heerlijke olijfolie van zijn ouders met ons. We kunnen deze locatie zeker aanbevelen en hopen nog eens terug te gaan.

Die Insel der Ruhe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich sehnte mich nach einem Urlaub, bei dem ich keine Menschen treffen muss, wir konnten uns vollständig zurückziehen. Wunderschöne Aussicht, bequeme Möbel, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Ich hoffe, dass wir dort wieder Urlaub machen können.

A lovely villa, set in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful views of the sea and a lovely pool & sun loungers to relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and the nearby restaurants and beach were about a 5 minute drive or 20 miute walk.

we had a lovely warm welcome from kate, who also provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and shops. the villa was beautiful with everything you could need for a relaxing peaceful stay. the view was breathtaking. we will definitely be back but for longer next time.

We were 8 people and the villa was perfect. It is true that there is a gym on the ground floor, but it never bothered us in any way. The entire space is located on the second floor, which is accessible by both an elevator and stairs. There is a private entrance by car to the patio area, which is large enough to fit several cars. From the patio, there is a private entrance to the villa itself. The patio area basically consists of an outdoor pool lounge area with an outdoor dining area which we kept finding in perfect condition every morning after waking up, since there was a cleaning lady visiting us everyday. She was very polite and always asked if it would be okay to go inside to clean and tidy. All in all everything was even better than we expected and we ended up having an amazing stay at the villa. Made beautiful memories there! I’d say this is the perfect place for a group of 8 people at this price range on the entire island

We had a very warm welcome and were given a clear explanation of how everything worked — and then our stay began! The place is actually even better than the photos and description suggest. Truly a hidden gem! The pool is lovely, and there are plenty of great spots to relax and soak up the sun. The house was spotlessly clean, with two neat and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were very comfy too. We truly enjoyed every moment. It was a perfect stay, and I honestly can’t think of a single thing to improve! There were even some groceries and snacks waiting for us in the fridge, and the host made sure the house was ready based on our flight arrival time. Highly recommended! We stayed here as a couple, but with two bedrooms and bathrooms, it’s also ideal for two couples.
