Modern apartment in quiet area close to center

Our apartment is in a beautiful family-friendly area within walking distance to the city center. It is right on the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where the people of Copenhagen swim in the summer. There is no traffic here, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's footbridges and bicycle bridges, you are close to the city and yet a little withdrawn. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modern with everything you need.

Our nice apartment gives you a true feeling of city life, combined with active beach life. Have a lunch in the sun at the terrace, inside the apartment or take it to the beach- enjoying the sea view. In the evening, you can also have a barbeque on the terrace, while you are enjoying the evening sun.

Charming, cute, clean w balcony ❤️of Latin Quarter

Charming and cosy flat in the heart of central Copenhagen. The middle age city, also called the Latin Quarter. The most lovely and vibrant area in all Cph. From the flat you reach everything in the city center by foot. You have the best of Cph at your door step. The apartment is in the back yard, withdrawn from the street, and safe with a gate, and you can enjoy sitting on the private balcony with your coffee and a drink. The building also has a private green garden you are welcome to use.

Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

Hav en god tur i Danmark i denne rolige og stilfulde bolig. Huset ligger lige ved smuk strand, havn og stort indkøbscenter samt Tog eller egen bil til Københavns Centrum er 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde domkirke 25 min. Hamlets slot 55 min. Kulturelle steder og underholdning er inden for kort afstand. Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!
