Villa holiday rentals in Alykes Beach

We stayed with 4 people at this nice house and felt really welcomed. The house has everything we expected and the pool was great after a long day out exploring the area. The GYM was for free and a nice touch. We would certainly come back.

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was extremely helpful and gave us a thorough tour of the house upon arrival. The house itself is impressive, with four floors to explore. The top room, although lacking a door, was very cool and featured a huge, comfortable bed. The surrounding area is very quiet, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The pool was a great addition and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and peaceful getaway. Great stay!

Thanks to Maria and Stella we had an amazing vacation this year. The house is better than the pictures, with recently renovated interiors. The yard is beyond amazing with olive trees and greenery. The house has everything you need and then some. Maria was our host and was so kind and responsive. The location is quiet but a walkable distance from the main street in Nikiti. Beach bars 10min by car. You get amazing value for your money.

Not only one of my best experiences with Airbnb, but overall as a traveller. Nikos is a great host. The property 5/5, the villa 5/5 and the host is 5+/5. Communication before made everything easy. We were a group of 8 and everyone of us wants to come back next year. The beach right in front of the property is god's gift for this outstanding project. Explore the waters with the SUPs, play volleyball at the beach or just sunbathe. Kitchen -indoor and outdoor- are well equipped. The next town with supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries is only a few minutes away. You can go for a hike, dive or rent a boat or other water sports equipment nearby. We fell in love with this place!

We had a perfect stay. The Vila looks even better than in the pictures. Every one of the 3 rooms has a private bathroom and shower, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The place is squeaky clean and facilitated to perfection. It is right on the beach with a private spot all for yourself. The beach is very calm and beautiful and not crowded at all. Vasso and the team were very responsive and kind. The perfect host. The town is short drive away and there are excellent restaurants. Truly blessed to have had the opportunity to stay with Vasso.

Great location and the perfect sunset viewpoint. We enjoyed the spacious gardens, too - plenty of space for our energetic kids to play. Kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated Nina's extra efforts to make sure the home was appropriately set up for our younger travelers. Thank you so much!

Fantastic place. We were super well received by Christos, who also shared many really good recommendations which we enjoyed during the week. The house is amazing, better than photos and contains everything you need. The view over the sea is wonderful and the neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet and beautiful. The house is close to a very nice beach, and just below the house is a small nice and very private bathing place via stones, so bring bathing shoes and snorkeling sets for fantastic swim. We were very happy with Vourvourou and all the opportunities the area offered. Remember to rent a boat and go to the Blue Lagoon. We will definitely come again if possible. Loved the place and house.

Amazing villa by the sea, waking up with a view on the beach is incredible. Aikaterini is a very welcoming host that is very attentive to make sure you have a pleasant stay. She provides always relevant tips. We were here for winter and can't wait to come back on summer ⛱️

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this breathtaking villa, and it was an unforgettable experience! The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views overlooking Toroneos Bay and Mount Athos. It’s no exaggeration to say that the view alone could keep you there for your entire vacation.The villa itself is beautifully decorated, capturing the essence of a perfect summer retreat. The large private garden was a highlight for us, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy a BBQ, and spend quality time with family and friends in a serene setting. We loved the layout of the house as well. It’s a two-story villa that’s perfect for families or groups. The host was incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that everything we needed was provided for. The attention to detail in the villa’s decor and amenities did not go unnoticed, adding to the overall experience.

Beautiful tranquil get away out of the way of hassle and bustle short drive from the beach and drive away from marina which offers more shops and things to do. Beautifully kept home with comfort and everything you need provided. Host is wonderful and good at communicating.

Great apartment. Everything is as described , the kitchen is equipped with everything you need , a sufficient number of towels and pastel linen, which was changed after three days . A chic location relative to the sea ( 50 meters) , beaches, restaurants , a village center with shops . Equipped terrace with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The only minus is the water pressure and some plumbing in the bathrooms (there are three). The rest is just wonderful !

This amazing and peaceful place of rest was all we could have hoped for. Our family was beyond comfortable here. Amazing host showed us everything nearby from restaurants to beaches. The home is clean and spacious, the yard was private and well kept and the pool was a highlight. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

Had a great stay at Nancy’s place, which is ideal for a no-frills, summer beach/water sports bonanza like we were looking for. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the staff at the beach bar in front of the villa were helpful and kind. It is a very sought-after beach so there are lots of people and cars there every day, but definitely possible to have more space to oneself when walking down the beach towards the end of the cove. The house and amenities are correct and tastefully set up, but not luxurious. The terrace and the living area are welcoming and generous. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it for a stay - we were there for a week for a family holiday of 8 people, of which two young kids.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

Classy and comfortable

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

A rare find right on the beach! We booked this beautiful house for our wedding preparations and photoshooting and the overall experience was more than unforgettable. Ms. Mary was soo helpful and kind we are endlessly thankful. Definitely coming back for our summer holidays.
